On Monday your technician Leo came out to replace the chain drive unit on one of our garage door openers. A year ago he replaced the one on the other garage door. He was on time, very friendly, knowegable, and efficient, completing the work in about an hour. Over the span of 22 years that we have owned the home, we have had many companies do work for us and I can say that Precision Door is one of the very best. When I need to have the springs and cables replaced I will definitely have you out again to do the work. I am glad that you have been able to continue operations during this time. Stay safe.

I would give you a 5 as the highest rating. I was very impressed with Dan. Very knowledgeable,personalable,did a great job for me! He came , reviewed my garagedoor situation, offered me three options, advised on the merits of each. I decided to get a whole new garage door opener. Within a couple of hours I had a whole new system. I could not be more satisfied or appreciative of the job Dan did for me. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Services. I am very satisfied their professionalism and their work!

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience ! Timely scheduling ( they were able to get us someone right away, even though it was evening), and friendly helpful service ! Our technician was awesome and fixed everything on the spot, no waiting around for parts to be ordered etc. Would absolutely use again!

My garage door would not attach to the motor. The servicemen were early! How often does that happen? They explained the situation and gave me three options to repair it. The work was done quickly and quietly. They took the time to explain their work and let me "practice." I did not realize that Dan was a "learner". He was as professional as Ed. I had a spring break on my garage door at the worst time possible. I found Precision Door in the Yellowbook. I gave them a call and they provided me with same day service. Leo was my technician and provided me with OUTSTANDING SERVICE! He was prompt, professional, courteous and did an EXCELLENT JOB! While I hope I don't have to replace any more springs, if I do, I will absolutely use Leo and Precision Door.

Our 13 year old garage door opener needed to be replaced, and Brian explained our options, was very knowledgeable and explained the features of the new garage door opener. He installed the new garage door opener in less than an hour and the new system doesn't rattle the house like the old one every time it opens. I'd highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about Precision Door Services. From the initial phone call to the job completed, everyone was very professional. Our technician, Gabriel Pojar, was first-rate.
