The tech AJ called me the night before to let me know he would be at my house at 8am, and he showed up right on time. AJ saw the issue right away, let me know what options I had for the repair, and quickly got to work on the fix. He used stronger springs and fixed some other small issues the door was having. The work was quick and the door functions better than it did before the spring broke. I can't recommend Precision enough. 5 stars.

I called Precision to fix a garage door because they had done good work for me in the past. Today, AJ arrived as scheduled and diagnosed the issue. He explained the diagnosis in detail and options available to me. I chose his recommendation due to his knowledge and professionalism. The work was completed in one hour and my garage door is working perfectly. I will be calling on Precision and AJ in the future should needs arise.

I chose Precision Door because of their reviews. I was not disappointed when AJ showed up to try to fix my existing problem. He was thorough and attentive to my needs. In the moment the availability of same day service on a Saturday was the hook. Only one side of our two door garage was working, barely, so we could get one car out and then my husband miraculously maneuvered my car around in the garage to get it out his side. We used another company in the past who we had to leave a voicemail before receiving a call back. They have no weekend hours or emergency service.

I knew I had a few broken rollers, and maybe some spring and pulley issues... But after Leo's quick assessment; I decided to let him just replace everything, including the opener. I now have a very quiet, smooth operating door. The belt drive opener, with the silicon rollers is the way to go. I won't miss my noisy old chain drive opener one bit. Everything works great, and I feel it was money well spent. Leo was very professional, and obviously knows his trade very well.

Dan came back out today to check on my door. He installed a new opener a few months back. I called yesterday with an issue of it not staying closed. I was very impressed with Eddie. His knowledge base together with his confident personality makes him an asset to Precision. He educated me on the safety issues of our garage doors. I'm appreciative of his concern. Great guy... Brians estimated costs were bogus. In our initial telephone conversation he priced the required repair work to be $120.00 to $150.00. Eddies lowest estimated price was well in excess of $300.00 with the highest cost being $750.00!! I'm not pleased with Brian's approach to obtaining customers. Very bad business practices.

Had problem with our door over the weekend and called for service. Precision offered to send technician out over the weekend - which we deemed unnecessary as everyone deserves a day off. Technician was here first thing on Monday morning and repaired the door. Thanks for being prompt and professional!

Eddy just came out and replaced the springs on my garage door. He talked me through the problem, the solutions, and was courteous and prepared to complete the job after showing me my options and pricing. He always asked if I had any questions and was very thorough. Also a nice guy.

I made a call at 10AM on a Friday morning and a technician (Ed) was at my house by 1PM. Ed reviewed some issues we were having with our door/opener and was easily able to identify and address 2 of the 3 issues. The 3rd issue required additional materials and that service call is already scheduled for next week. Ed took the time to explain what was wrong and how he was addressing each issue. I am very pleased with the service performed by Ed and by Precision Door's customer service, quick response time and follow up. Keep up to good work.

Ed called before coming over and arrived at the time he stated over the phone. Once he examined my garage door, he explained what was needed and why it was needed. I was presented with three different estimates that was broken down with what what was to be done. Once I made my choice he went right to work. He always was asking if I had any questions and he answered all the questions I had. I am very pleased with the work that was done and the way Ed presented himself and the company.
