Precision's service was excellent through the entire process from the initial estimate to the installation and, due to a defect, the repair to the one door. Kurt, Beth, Angel and Ed were all very professional. We ordered a single and a double Classica 3000. Our only complaint is that the manufacturer of this model was incredibly backlogged and we had to wait 3 months for the doors to come in. One was damaged on receipt so we had to wait another 8 weeks for that.

The google search gave me many options but I was drawn to the 24/7 same day repair possibility during a snow storm and I like dealing with local businesses. The West Chester site was close, the support for quick repair led to an order for a new improved garage door system when weather permits in the spring. I was extra pleased with the pleasant customer discount :). Mike was great and even came 1 day early as our driveway was cleared and ready for service!

AJ and Kurt repaired my brother in law's garage door yesterday and did a fantastic job. They completely restored all of the movable parts plus the door opener. They clearly understood what was needed and explained all the options. Having discussed my brother in law's health/mobility issues they provided suggestions that were right on point particularly the MyQ remote access app that allows him to control the garage door from his cell phone. Called Precision last Saturday and they scheduled me for the following Monday at 10:00. AJ their serviceman called to let me know he would be at my house around 10:00 that morning. He replaced my tortion bar springs and rollers. He also checked door operation and explained what he was doing to me. The pricing was fair and I would highly recommended Precision to anyone in need of excellent service.

Had a spring failure on one of my two doors on the night before Xmas Eve. Was shocked that Precision could come over on Xmas eve and repair door. Leo called, and came over ahead of schedule. Fantastic knowledge of their craft as well as excellent customer service. I had a emergent issue with my double garage door that was so severe, I thought it absolutely needed replacement. Precision showed up in one day and actually was able to fix it. It was a custom fix by a very experienced tech that had a "no quit" passion for his work. The young man who installed the doors was clean, experienced ,respectful and very professional. Thank you. I do have one small concern. The doors were labeled as insulated doors yet our garage does not feel any warmer and the cold, cold winter isn't even here yet. That concerns me.

We were able to book a same day appointment, which was great, and AJ arrived bang on time at the beginning of our allotted 3 hour slot. He was not at all phased by our garage door issue, explained how he would fix it, and the cost. It took him all of 45 minutes to get the job done. The bonus is that he is a great guy, and we will definitely be calling Precision anytime we have another garage door issue, although I hope that will not be anytime soon!
