Have used Precision twice. Each time I had the opportunity to meet different techs. In both cases they were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. Would not hesitate to call Precision when in need of service--just hope it's not too often!

It was a great experience start to finish. Took a total of 3 hours from initial contact to completion of work. Entire team was extremely professional. I was actually caught off guard because I didn't think the process was going to be that easy !

Leo arrived on time, and completed the repair very quickly. He was extremely professional and courteous. Keith handled the administrative side, setting up the appointment, and responding to questions. The service from both Keith and Leo was excellent. I highly recommend Precision.
