I called another garage door repair place on Monday AM as my side was acting weird/wouldn't work even after troubleshooting and googling potential issues. He said he'd call back- I waited 2 days he never did. I called Precision and a man picked up, asked me what was going on tried to mini troubleshoot to make sure I didn't lock it out, etc. Then scheduled Ed to come out who came out 2 days later (after I got an email verifying my scheduled apt). Ed was out on time when he said- went through cheaper possible solutions and we ended up needing either a new receiver (electrical board) or just replacing the unit. I ended up replacing the unit as it was just $50 or so more than replacing the board. It was a 2 1/2 year old Lift Master and Ed stated he hadn't seen that go bad w/oyr a lightning strike or electrical surge in his 5 years doing this. Does it suck that a 2 year old opener failed- yes but Ed did a great job troubleshooting and explaining what my options were and what I paid for. Oh and my next door neighbor apparently came and grabbed him to look at hers since she was having issues also. He went over and did just that even though she hadn't called it in and scheduled it etc. Good guy, good service and company.

We called Precision after out garage door opener failed. Ed evaluated our system and made recommendations of repair and replacement. He explained the mechanical operation and safety elements of the springs, rollers, cables, etc. He completed the repairs quickly and effectively and reviewed the operation of the new opener. Great service.

Leo arrived on time, and completed the repair very quickly. He was extremely professional and courteous. Keith handled the administrative side, setting up the appointment, and responding to questions. The service from both Keith and Leo was excellent. I highly recommend Precision.

Have used Precision twice. Each time I had the opportunity to meet different techs. In both cases they were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. Would not hesitate to call Precision when in need of service--just hope it's not too often!
