The spring on a door installed last November suddenly loosened to the point where the door really didn't function. I called Precision at about 9:00 in the morning and Mike arrived at my house around 10:30 and the door was in working condition at 11:00. It's fantastic to have such a quick response.

I had a problem with my garage door yeaterday, and called to sechedule an appointment to get it fixed. I was told Leo would be doing the work and would fit me in on Friday. Leo got here earlier than I expected, which was great. He was a pleasure to work witj, explained what needed to be done, and provided me the necessary options (costs) to make a decision. I have worked with Precision on theee occasions now, and all of them have been great. Two were repairs and one for a new garage door. Every service personnel I dealt with have been pleasant, extremely helpful, and customer service oriented. I will always call Precision for any future needs.

He was knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining the problem and things I should keep an eye on for the future. For security a photo of the technician was texted to me before he arrived which I found very reassuring. I found Precision to be friendly, honest, professional and reasonable.
