Precision's service was excellent through the entire process from the initial estimate to the installation and, due to a defect, the repair to the one door. Kurt, Beth, Angel and Ed were all very professional. We ordered a single and a double Classica 3000. Our only complaint is that the manufacturer of this model was incredibly backlogged and we had to wait 3 months for the doors to come in. One was damaged on receipt so we had to wait another 8 weeks for that.

The google search gave me many options but I was drawn to the 24/7 same day repair possibility during a snow storm and I like dealing with local businesses. The West Chester site was close, the support for quick repair led to an order for a new improved garage door system when weather permits in the spring. I was extra pleased with the pleasant customer discount :). Mike was great and even came 1 day early as our driveway was cleared and ready for service!

AJ and Kurt repaired my brother in law's garage door yesterday and did a fantastic job. They completely restored all of the movable parts plus the door opener. They clearly understood what was needed and explained all the options. Having discussed my brother in law's health/mobility issues they provided suggestions that were right on point particularly the MyQ remote access app that allows him to control the garage door from his cell phone. Called Precision last Saturday and they scheduled me for the following Monday at 10:00. AJ their serviceman called to let me know he would be at my house around 10:00 that morning. He replaced my tortion bar springs and rollers. He also checked door operation and explained what he was doing to me.
