When I called, I was not told about the $29.95 service fee. Technician could not fix my door but could re -build the hardware that lifts and closes the door for $500.00+ He was at my house for 5 minutes and I paid almost $30 for NOTHING!

5 star.....being the caregiver for the Kinslow's, I choose Precision. And, I must apologize to the tech who took care of both visits. This is late in coming. Geoffrey's first visit was in April. The first trait that came through, was how helpful he was. He assessed the situation, followed by his suggestions. He was personable, easy to speak with. Explained in layman's terms what was happening and what the solution would be. The second visit was back in June, and turned out to be minor. After researching garage door products and service providers I called Precision West Chester first. We replaced our 25 year old 16 foot wooden garage door, springs, rollers, remote keypads and belt drive opener! Keith's team at Precision delivered on all fronts. From our initial assessment and product proposal by Danny we hose their Best Hormann Orion 3200 door with windows, upgraded torsion springs/rollers, remotes PDC 800 belt opener. Precision provided great communication, flexible scheduling and on time delivery with installation by Angel and Eddy.Best, the door materials and finish are great and operation is very quiet.
