Tech showed up on time, explained various options and costs. We got a new LiftMaster installed beautifully in about 3 hours. Tech was very professional and neat. We have 2 more openers of the same age and will replace them in the spring with Precision.

Hello, As I went to leave my home Dec. 24, 2022 - Christmas Eve at 9 AM, I found my garage door was frozen shut! The outside temperature was 7 degrees. I called for emergency repair. Chris was excellent. He came earlier than the window time I was given (11AM-2PM). He went over "options" etc. I went with his Expertise/ Suggestions. Please reference my Invoice #44892336 for details on the Spring Rebuild & New Opener & the work that was done AND Chris' last name. Honestly, I felt very bad that he had sooo much work to do in the frigid cold (7 degrees) & on Christmas Eve!!! He was very very pleasant & detailed. I am very very happy that my electric garage door is working and that I did not need to park my car outside for 1-2 weeks until someone could come to fix it. Chris left his sticker on the wall. I will certainly call again if I need a garage door or whatever... Hoping to call on a warm day and schedule an appt. in advance. I am very very appreciative that my garage door was repaired on Christmas Eve in frigid weather. I could not be happier to see my garage door open at 8 PM on Christmas Eve Night when temperatures outside were even lower!!! So nice to park in my garage!!! Chris - Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! We just purchased a new house and noticed the garage doors were very squeaky and we only had a remote for one of the two doors. Lou showed up right on time (we had a 3-6 window and he was there at 2:55!). He looked at everything, gave us an assessment of the condition of the doors and motors and lubed them to reduce the noise they make. Really personable and knowledgeable. Will keep them on speed dial if we ever need the doors or motors serviced.

The spring on a door installed last November suddenly loosened to the point where the door really didn't function. I called Precision at about 9:00 in the morning and Mike arrived at my house around 10:30 and the door was in working condition at 11:00. It's fantastic to have such a quick response.

I had a problem with my garage door yeaterday, and called to sechedule an appointment to get it fixed. I was told Leo would be doing the work and would fit me in on Friday. Leo got here earlier than I expected, which was great. He was a pleasure to work witj, explained what needed to be done, and provided me the necessary options (costs) to make a decision. I have worked with Precision on theee occasions now, and all of them have been great. Two were repairs and one for a new garage door.
