The google search gave me many options but I was drawn to the 24/7 same day repair possibility during a snow storm and I like dealing with local businesses. The West Chester site was close, the support for quick repair led to an order for a new improved garage door system when weather permits in the spring. I was extra pleased with the pleasant customer discount :). Mike was great and even came 1 day early as our driveway was cleared and ready for service!

AJ and Kurt repaired my brother in law's garage door yesterday and did a fantastic job. They completely restored all of the movable parts plus the door opener. They clearly understood what was needed and explained all the options. Having discussed my brother in law's health/mobility issues they provided suggestions that were right on point particularly the MyQ remote access app that allows him to control the garage door from his cell phone. The best part is my brother in law loves what was done!!

AJ their serviceman called to let me know he would be at my house around 10:00 that morning. He replaced my tortion bar springs and rollers. We were able to book a same day appointment, which was great, and AJ arrived bang on time at the beginning of our allotted 3 hour slot. He was not at all phased by our garage door issue, explained how he would fix it, and the cost. It took him all of 45 minutes to get the job done. The bonus is that he is a great guy, and we will definitely be calling Precision anytime we have another garage door issue, although I hope that will not be anytime soon!

I reached out to precision door first thing in the morning and they were able to schedule an appointment for me the same day. The customer service person was fantastic! AJ the TEC called letting me know what time he would arrive (along with a text from the company). AJ was very thorough with his inspection, explaining what areas needed to be repaired/replaced for the garage to function properly. After fixing he garage he explained what was replaced as well as recommendations as to what we should do in the future. He left us a quote for a new garage door as well if we choose to replace down the road. Very professional and I will recommend Precision Door friends and family.
