Did a very thorough job, troubleshooting and solving the issue with the opener that wasn't working, as well as assessing the condition of both openers and doors, and making recommendations on how to improve their operating condition. Precision was the only phone call I was making. I had been given great service a couple of years ago and I knew I would receive the same this time. I called Monday morning and I was told Harry Fassett would be out the next morning. Harry called Tuesday to let me know we were his first stop and asked if he could bring us any coffee. He determined, which we knew; we needed a new opener and gave us three options and all that came with each one. Once we decided, he got right to work. He was diligent, kind and fantastic to work with. I just happily pulled my car into the garage.
