What a fantastic experience! Precision came highly recommended by my neighbors, and I can understand why. Called to schedule and they got me in the next morning. Leo called when he was 15 minutes out, arrived exactly 15 minutes later. He took one look at my garage door and instantly knew what the problem was. He gave a very thorough explanation of what was going on, answered all of my questions including "do you mind explaining how this works" among others, and gave me great options. He made the repairs that day, got me all set up, and answered even more of my questions. He was just a really nice guy and I felt confident in the service I was getting. Thank you Leo and team! Great experience overall. I will join the chorus of neighbors who recommend this company :) I got new springs, keypad, cable, rollers.

Gabriel was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the problem, outlined the solution and implemented it. Post repair he walked me through some maintenance steps and made sure I was happy with the repair. Five-star rating for sure overall! Our keypad was working inconsistently, and we wanted to make sure it was replaced before we found ourselves locked out. I called on Thursday and scheduled for Friday. Darrin kept me posted on his arrival time and was expert in quickly diagnosing what was wrong and how to replace the pad. Tested that it worked perfectly, and we were back in business. In the midst of making small talk about the beautiful day and weekend plans, Darrin and I also realized we had mutual friends - so a fun connection overall with excellent service. Thank you!

Your tech,I believe name was Derek was awesome. Gave accurate quote on all labor and parts needed to complete job. Was very friendly and from Delco which is a plus. Upon completion I was testing door again and he noticed it go down and come back up while sitting in van in driveway. A minute later he knocked on door to make sure I had operated the up feature and door did not go up on its own.

5 star, all the way! Answered the phone right away, scheduled an appointment the following day, showed up with the tools and knowledge to fix the problem. Did an outstanding job of restoring the door to perfect operation. I learned a lot about garage doors while he was here as he is a font of knowledge about all aspects of their operation, and mine needed multiple adjustments and corrections. I recommend him very highly . (I am not a guy who writes a lot of ratings, but Precision Garage Door is great.
