I had a problem with my garage door yeaterday, and called to sechedule an appointment to get it fixed. I was told Leo would be doing the work and would fit me in on Friday. Leo got here earlier than I expected, which was great. He was a pleasure to work witj, explained what needed to be done, and provided me the necessary options (costs) to make a decision. I have worked with Precision on theee occasions now, and all of them have been great. Two were repairs and one for a new garage door. Every service personnel I dealt with have been pleasant, extremely helpful, and customer service oriented. I will always call Precision for any future needs.

They kept in communication with us via text about our appointment. He was knowledgeable, prompt and very clean. Mike was able to fix the door for a very reasonable price. They didn’t up-charge us because it was a holiday. Great company! I highly recommend!
