Precision responded quickly to fix my garage door. The technician Gabriel was excellent. He did a great job repairing the door which was crooked and jammed. He was friendly and provided a lot of information how to maintain the door going forward. I am very happy with the results. Thanks!!

Your tech,I believe name was Derek was awesome. Gave accurate quote on all labor and parts needed to complete job. Was very friendly and from Delco which is a plus. Upon completion I was testing door again and he noticed it go down and come back up while sitting in van in driveway. A minute later he knocked on door to make sure I had operated the up feature and door did not go up on its own.

5 star, all the way! Answered the phone right away, scheduled an appointment the following day, showed up with the tools and knowledge to fix the problem. Did an outstanding job of restoring the door to perfect operation. I learned a lot about garage doors while he was here as he is a font of knowledge about all aspects of their operation, and mine needed multiple adjustments and corrections. I recommend him very highly . (I am not a guy who writes a lot of ratings, but Precision Garage Door is great.

Had old garage doors replaced by Precision in 2014. Service was great - new doors have been very reliable. The door we use the most was recently repaired with new pulleys, cables and springs. It now runs as smoothly as on Day One. Service was prompt, complete and courteous. Highly recommend!

One of our 20+ year old LiftMasters gave out. Checked out servicers on the web and chose Precision because of reviews from multiple sources. Tech showed up on time, explained various options and costs. We got a new LiftMaster installed beautifully in about 3 hours. Tech was very professional and neat. We have 2 more openers of the same age and will replace them in the spring with Precision.

Hello, As I went to leave my home Dec. 24, 2022 - Christmas Eve at 9 AM, I found my garage door was frozen shut! The outside temperature was 7 degrees. I called for emergency repair. Chris was excellent. He came earlier than the window time I was given (11AM-2PM). He went over "options" etc. I went with his Expertise/ Suggestions. Please reference my Invoice #44892336 for details on the Spring Rebuild & New Opener & the work that was done AND Chris' last name. Honestly, I felt very bad that he had sooo much work to do in the frigid cold (7 degrees) & on Christmas Eve!!! He was very very pleasant & detailed. I am very very happy that my electric garage door is working and that I did not need to park my car outside for 1-2 weeks until someone could come to fix it. Chris left his sticker on the wall. I will certainly call again if I need a garage door or whatever... Hoping to call on a warm day and schedule an appt. in advance. I am very very appreciative that my garage door was repaired on Christmas Eve in frigid weather. I could not be happier to see my garage door open at 8 PM on Christmas Eve Night when temperatures outside were even lower!!! So nice to park in my garage!!! Chris - Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! This was my first time dealing with Percision and I can't say enough good things about the experience. Right from the first phone call which walked me through my options as well as scheduling of a service call all the way through the service call and installation of a new garage door opener. The Service Technician was very knowledgeable and explained all of the operations of the new opener and completed the installation in a very timely manner. Will look to Percision for my future needs of a new garage door and opener for a project that was just started.

One, small piece was missing, which I was able to order on Amazon to replace. My contacting Precision was based on the work done at my friend and associate’s home and business as well as my discontent with the company that I had been working with for 18 yrs. Hope was extremely helpful. Leo is, now, my technician of choice. He has caused me to put Precision on speed dial. Only concern, after the fact is no coupon, senior or vet discount was offered. I can only hope and expect a response pertaining that issue. A fine team.
