Our door went on the Saturday night before Christmas. We were going out of town and needed a functioning garage door. I called at 5 p.m. Saturday night, got an immediate appt for 8 to 11 Sunday morning and the repairman arrived at 8:15. THIS WAS THE SUNDAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS WHEN MANY FOLKS WERE IN CHURCH. Door was repaired within an hour. Repairman wa exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable. Paid $315, including for emergency service, but it was well worth it. I would highly recommend this service. Can't believe they were so prompt and professional on a holiday weekend!

We called during a holiday week with no expectations of getting an appointment until the following week. To our surprise, they had an opening that day for us. The technician was scheduled for 1-4, but was ahead of scheduled and called to ask if he could come around 11:30. We were available, so we said yes. Leo was professional, polite, and a great listener. We went through all the possible reasons for our trouble and came up with a plan A, but he left with a plan B. With no pressure, he also took at look at our system and made some suggestions. We received quotes that were perfectly reasonable. We will seriously consider them, but we will absolutely call Precision the next time we need help with our garage door opener system.

When I called, I was not told about the $29.95 service fee. Technician could not fix my door but could re -build the hardware that lifts and closes the door for $500.00+ He was at my house for 5 minutes and I paid almost $30 for NOTHING!

5 star.....being the caregiver for the Kinslow's, I choose Precision. And, I must apologize to the tech who took care of both visits. This is late in coming. Geoffrey's first visit was in April. The first trait that came through, was how helpful he was. He assessed the situation, followed by his suggestions. He was personable, easy to speak with. Explained in layman's terms what was happening and what the solution would be. The second visit was back in June, and turned out to be minor. Leon was great. Work was done in an hour. Problem was diagnosed and several replacement options presented. Also offered to fix the 27 year old unit if I didn't want to replace. New unit works great, is whisper quiet, and has more features than the last. We love it. Same day service was also great.
