I’m a regular customer with Precision and have been for at least the last 8 years now. There are less expensive garage door service providers out there, but none of them in my experience delivers on the promise of timely, professional, expert and friendly service! I’ve recommended Precision to many friends and family members who were all very satisfied as well. I recommend this high quality based service supplier, who is fully-committed to their customers. Special thanks to Gabe Pokar for a job well done! Gabe arrived on time, and replaced my old opener with a new one that I purchased separately. The work was performed quickly and professionally. Just a real nice individual as well! Thank you Gabe and Terry for yet again, providing a job-well-done!

The 5 stars reviews sold me and reading some of them. Plus I thought Precision was a much more professional company after calling another garage door repair one. AJ did a great job and I would definitely hire Precision to do any garage door work. I am seriously thinking of having a better garage door opening installed in my garage in the spring.

Our door went on the Saturday night before Christmas. We were going out of town and needed a functioning garage door. I called at 5 p.m. Saturday night, got an immediate appt for 8 to 11 Sunday morning and the repairman arrived at 8:15. THIS WAS THE SUNDAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS WHEN MANY FOLKS WERE IN CHURCH. Door was repaired within an hour. Repairman wa exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable. Paid $315, including for emergency service, but it was well worth it. I would highly recommend this service. Can't believe they were so prompt and professional on a holiday weekend!

We called during a holiday week with no expectations of getting an appointment until the following week. To our surprise, they had an opening that day for us. The technician was scheduled for 1-4, but was ahead of scheduled and called to ask if he could come around 11:30. We were available, so we said yes. Leo was professional, polite, and a great listener. We went through all the possible reasons for our trouble and came up with a plan A, but he left with a plan B. With no pressure, he also took at look at our system and made some suggestions. We received quotes that were perfectly reasonable. We will seriously consider them, but we will absolutely call Precision the next time we need help with our garage door opener system.

TJ was very knowledgeable and quickly identified that the existing springs were too small for heavy wooden doors. He replaced all our springs and put in a new center bay opener. He was very clear with options for replacement and got everything working again. A real Pro!

5 star.....being the caregiver for the Kinslow's, I choose Precision. And, I must apologize to the tech who took care of both visits. This is late in coming. Geoffrey's first visit was in April. The first trait that came through, was how helpful he was. He assessed the situation, followed by his suggestions. He was personable, easy to speak with. Explained in layman's terms what was happening and what the solution would be. The second visit was back in June, and turned out to be minor. Again excellent customer service, I hope that Precision, realizes that Geoffrey is a great asset to their Company. Because he truly is! A satisfied customer Diane
