Quick response times, professional service and great communication made a difficult situation (could not open the garage door to get my car out) not so bad. Definitely recommend this company!

Geof did a professional job replacing a broken cable in my wife's garage door. I thought only one cable had to be fixed, but he showed me that both cables should be replaced. I will call Precision Door for any servicing of our garage doors in the future.

Did not give a five star rating ONLY because because I called on a Sunday, and they couldn't make it out to fix until Tuesday. Leo showed up, provided clear and concise information and guidance and fixed it in a jiffy.

Leon was great. Work was done in an hour. Problem was diagnosed and several replacement options presented. Also offered to fix the 27 year old unit if I didn't want to replace. New unit works great, is whisper quiet, and has more features than the last. We love it. Same day service was also great.

Not very happy yet as I requested a quote and got a reply that my request for a quote would be worked on and someone would get back to me. That hasn't happened

Leo was courteous and professional and I knew when you were coming and what to expect time wise and cost wise. I was thrilled that he had everything available to complete the work on site in one visit. I also liked being able to pay with a card at the time the work was completed.

Replaced garage door opener. Service was prompt and efficient. I highly recommend Precision! I was provided with many options for the type of opener to buy. Service person was very helpful in selecting the best one for my needs. No pressure to buy the most expensive one.

After researching garage door products and service providers I called Precision West Chester first. We replaced our 25 year old 16 foot wooden garage door, springs, rollers, remote keypads and belt drive opener! Keith's team at Precision delivered on all fronts. From our initial assessment and product proposal by Danny we hose their Best Hormann Orion 3200 door with windows, upgraded torsion springs/rollers, remotes PDC 800 belt opener. Precision provided great communication, flexible scheduling and on time delivery with installation by Angel and Eddy.Best, the door materials and finish are great and operation is very quiet.

The torsion spring in our garage suddenly snapped. We searched the internet and saw advertising for Precision, which serviced our area. We called and reached the answering service. The woman was very kind and efficient, sending a technician, Dan, to our home just one hour after our call. Dan was very efficient and knowledgeable. He had all the parts on his truck that we needed for a complete repair. We were happy that (from the time the spring broke), within three hours we had a fully functional garage door with new springs and rollers. We're pretty sure that's a record in performance!

Leo spent time with us on a Saturday reviewing our options, and patiently helped us decide on color and window options. The doors look great! Angel and Edwin did an excellent job installing everything. Only glitch was that the tracks ordered would not allow the doors to open, but they secured them and came back on Saturday to finish the job. Words cannot say how great it feels to be able to open both doors cleanly and quietly, and how great they look! Already recommended Precision to my boss for repairs he has put off for years.

Although much more expensive than I expected, Dan was prompt, courteous and took the time to explain the options and needed repairs. The garage door is now working great! 10 year warranty was a selling point. It seems that Dan did a great job!

Dan is an excellent technician. Dan kept me updated on his schedule. And the office answered the phones before 8 and assured repair service on same day. Great customer service from office to field crews. Thank you.

We were very happy with the work that Precision has done for us. We've used them twice and they are very professional. They present options, but without the high pressure sales pitch. We will continue to call them should we have issues moving forward.

My overall experience was superb from start to finish, Scheduling my appointment with Keith was done with ease and all my questions were answered with professionalism and care. Dan, the service tech, arrived on time and after a check of my problem, explained to me all my options without any pressure to go one way or the other. Work done and am quite pleased with the result.

My garage door opener broke last week when the spring and pulley failed. I called Precision because they had high ratings and are a local company in West Chester. Ed and Sean came to resolve the issue. Ed was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Sean was in training and Ed tested him at every turn. They gave me three options on price (good/better/best). I went with "best". They replaced my opener and all the hardware. The new unit is much quieter than the old one. I feel very good about the service that Precision gave me - very satisfied and would definitely recommend!

I wanted a more local service company, so I called Precision. The technician, Leo, showed up on time and I showed him the issues with the garage door operating poorly, loudly, and binding up. Leo had two recommendations, a new garage door or a rebuild. I chose the rebuild. Leo replaced springs, cables, rollers and pulleys and afterwards the garage door operated smoothly and quietly. Leo was professional, did the work quickly and well. I would recommend highly.
