We learned about Precision via your website and were very pleased with your company and the work we had done by your technician Eddie! He arrived right on time and, after some questions to determine exactly what problem we were experiencing, performed a thorough evaluation of our garage door openers. After explaining what he found to be the cause of our problem and offering different choices he completed the work and answered all questions. What a difference with our openers! We were very impressed with Eddie's professionalism and the quality of the work we had done. Thank you! We will definitely recommend Precision (and your technician Eddie!).

My technician was knowledgable and thorough. He explained options and their costs. He did not try to push for a more expensive option and quickly did the work I had selected. I would certainly call again. BUT, at the side of this questionnaire, it says "Senior Citizen Discount." I did not receive any discount. Thank you.

The level of professionalism & knowledge was exemplary, starting from the initial cold call thru to the timely completion of the entire new installation of the power opener and all related devices. Precision developed a very good initial level of trust in the work they did. Would highly recommend them for power garage door install or repair.

Keith and his guys are tremendous. I found them when my old door became inoperable and they sold me a new door, and everything associated with it, at a very reasonable price and they came when they said they would and communicated with me all along the way and generally exceeded my expectations. Very competent and honest! I recently had a keypad stop working and they were out the next day and fixed it in no time at all. I highly recommend them!

Brian knew what was wrong, his recommendations made sense, he was patient with my questions and answered them in ways I could understand. And he completed everything in the time frame he estimated at the beginning of the repair, even when we decided to expand the job. Honest, professional, reliable.

Without warning the garage door would only rise a short distance and stop. In the past this has been due to misalignment of safety sensor or debris but not this time. I called Precision Door and explained what was occurring and was told most likely it was the spring and that was correct because after arranging for a service call I checked. I was told to expect the Tech, Bryan Grammond, between 10a and 2p and he arrived some 20 minutes before 2p. He quickly saw the problem and promptly set about to replace the two springs that had broken. The door is once again operating correctly and I can say that the service was prompt and I would commend the Tech, Bryan, for a job well done and the Company for their response. Much appreciated. I have used Precision Door in the past and will continue to do so.
