5 stars! I contacted them on Fri. before the holiday weekend due to a broken spring and was unable to get my car out of garage. Someone was at my home by 3pm. Spring was replaced, garage door functioning by 4pm. Very grateful for their excellent customer service.

Keith and his guys are tremendous. I found them when my old door became inoperable and they sold me a new door, and everything associated with it, at a very reasonable price and they came when they said they would and communicated with me all along the way and generally exceeded my expectations. Very competent and honest! I recently had a keypad stop working and they were out the next day and fixed it in no time at all. I highly recommend them!

Precision is the best..called on Saturday and the new opener was installed on Monday. Multiple calls by the service technician and he was on time. Completed the installation and cleaned up the area. Would definitely have them out should we have other garage door problems...

Had a defcon 5 garage door emergency. Called Precision and they were out my house within a half hour. Dan from Precision, fixed everything and got the garage door back on track and able to be used. Great save. unfortunately the door was on its last legs and Dan and the Precision team came up with great options which I am now looking forward to. thank you provision. 5 stars for the hustle and for the service quality!!!

Without warning the garage door would only rise a short distance and stop. In the past this has been due to misalignment of safety sensor or debris but not this time. I called Precision Door and explained what was occurring and was told most likely it was the spring and that was correct because after arranging for a service call I checked. I was told to expect the Tech, Bryan Grammond, between 10a and 2p and he arrived some 20 minutes before 2p. He quickly saw the problem and promptly set about to replace the two springs that had broken. The door is once again operating correctly and I can say that the service was prompt and I would commend the Tech, Bryan, for a job well done and the Company for their response. Much appreciated. I have used Precision Door in the past and will continue to do so.

We recently encountered a problem with one of our garage doors and contacted Precision. Their technician, Eddie, was on site within 24 hours. He was very courteous and professional. After performing a thorough diagnostic, he offered a detailed explanation of the cause of our problem and offered three options for rectifying the problem. Once we chose the course of action, Eddie completed the job quickly and with great results. A very satisfactory interaction with Precision. We would definitely give Precision a 5-star rating.

My garage door opener had stopped working, so I purchased a new one, but needed it installed. I went on Yelp, and found Precision Door Service. They had some very good reviews, so I scheduled an appointment. Ed was wonderful... very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived early, explained everything he was going to do, starting with a multipoint inspection. Once completed, Ed reviewed his finding and presented me with 3 pricing options (there was no pressure to choose one over the other). Throughout the entire install, Ed would check in just to let me know how things were going. After the install, Ed reviewed everything with me (all functions of the new opener and the repairs). I would highly recommend Ed and Precision Door Service.

Keith and Dan were great, on time, very pleasant and professional. Even though the service call wasn't until the end of the day, you couldn't tell by their attitude or performance it was a long day. They performed an evaluation and found multiple areas of concern. They showed me the issues, recommended a course of action (presented 3 options). I chose the option that best fit the needs and made the most sense. Replaced cables, springs and rollers on two sets of doors. They performed the repair and we are very satisfied with their work and the garage doors now work great! Thanks again Keith and Dan!!!
