Called Precision last Saturday and they scheduled me for the following Monday at 10:00. AJ their serviceman called to let me know he would be at my house around 10:00 that morning. He replaced my tortion bar springs and rollers. He also checked door operation and explained what he was doing to me. The pricing was fair and I would highly recommended Precision to anyone in need of excellent service.

Garage door was operating pretty roughly and then opener worked only sporadically. A friend had recently used Precision for a fix on his garage door and recommended them to me. Do not recommend. They charge $30 for an estimate and prices are more than double that other companies. Total rip off when I clearly asked on the phone for an estimate. No service was provided.

We gave a five star rating. Service was excellent. The gentleman went above and beyond, even replacing a cracked plastic part on our ceiling opener with a spare part from his trunk. We replaced our opener, and the tech explained use, operation, etc. We would recommend Precision.

We were able to book a same day appointment, which was great, and AJ arrived bang on time at the beginning of our allotted 3 hour slot. He was not at all phased by our garage door issue, explained how he would fix it, and the cost. It took him all of 45 minutes to get the job done. The bonus is that he is a great guy, and we will definitely be calling Precision anytime we have another garage door issue, although I hope that will not be anytime soon!
