When I called, I was not told about the $29.95 service fee. Technician could not fix my door but could re -build the hardware that lifts and closes the door for $500.00+ He was at my house for 5 minutes and I paid almost $30 for NOTHING!

Precision saved the day when my garage door would not open. I called them, describing the problem, and they gave me a time range when a technician could come to fix it. When asked, they told me every tech's van was stocked with all necessary parts. Leo arrived and explained what he would do to fix the mechanism. In about a half hour, it was done! Leo had me work the door to show it was as good as new. Great job done in a timely fashion. I was SO relieved. Leo was courteous, clear about the work, and quite quick. Thank you, Leo.

In the moment the availability of same day service on a Saturday was the hook. Only one side of our two door garage was working, barely, so we could get one car out and then my husband miraculously maneuvered my car around in the garage to get it out his side. We used another company in the past who we had to leave a voicemail before receiving a call back. They have no weekend hours or emergency service.

5 star.....being the caregiver for the Kinslow's, I choose Precision. And, I must apologize to the tech who took care of both visits. This is late in coming. Geoffrey's first visit was in April. The first trait that came through, was how helpful he was. He assessed the situation, followed by his suggestions. He was personable, easy to speak with. Explained in layman's terms what was happening and what the solution would be. The second visit was back in June, and turned out to be minor. Again excellent customer service, I hope that Precision, realizes that Geoffrey is a great asset to their Company. Because he truly is! A satisfied customer Diane

Called this morning and scheduled appt. for today (between 3 and 6pm). Tech arrived 3:15pm. "Will" was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and addressed it in a reasonable amount of time. This was not my first service call with Precision. Hopefully, I won't need their service too frequently, but will not hesitate to call them if I do.

Geof did a professional job replacing a broken cable in my wife's garage door. I thought only one cable had to be fixed, but he showed me that both cables should be replaced. I will call Precision Door for any servicing of our garage doors in the future.

Spring broke on my garage door. Did an online search, and Precision popped up serving my area in Chester County. They were the first company I called, and I was pleasantly surprised when the representative said they could have someone out the same day! Geoffrey was on time, early actually, and able to meet my scheduling needs in the afternoon. He was super friendly, and extra careful as he completed the work in the garage, paying special attention to the parked vehicles inside the garage, which I was a tad nervous about. He understood and assured me all would be well. He was careful and considerate, and replaced both springs in about 45 minutes. The service was great, and I'll definitely use these guys again should I need help with garage door repairs in the future! Thank you!

TJ was very knowledgeable and quickly identified that the existing springs were too small for heavy wooden doors. He replaced all our springs and put in a new center bay opener. He was very clear with options for replacement and got everything working again. A real Pro!
