On Monday your technician Leo came out to replace the chain drive unit on one of our garage door openers. A year ago he replaced the one on the other garage door. He was on time, very friendly, knowegable, and efficient, completing the work in about an hour. Over the span of 22 years that we have owned the home, we have had many companies do work for us and I can say that Precision Door is one of the very best. AJ did a great job and I would definitely hire Precision to do any garage door work. I am seriously thinking of having a better garage door opening installed in my garage in the spring.

The tech AJ called me the night before to let me know he would be at my house at 8am, and he showed up right on time. AJ saw the issue right away, let me know what options I had for the repair, and quickly got to work on the fix. He used stronger springs and fixed some other small issues the door was having. The work was quick and the door functions better than it did before the spring broke. I can't recommend Precision enough. 5 stars.

Gabriel worked on our OLD garage door and got it working by fixing the cables/pulleys/springs to get us through until we change our siding and replace the doors to match. He is very professional and courteous and took great pride in his work. He thoroughly explained everything he recommended doing and went over the exact cost to discuss with my husband. Then worked efficiently to get our door working better than it has in years. When we buy our new doors/openers, I hope the installers are as good as Gabriel.
