During our 42 years of living at our home we have seldom, if ever, received more professional, sensitive and respectful service. We were very impressed with both the service and support performance. We will share both your Precision name and satisfaction with others-thanks. Duke

Precision was the first call when another Garage Door opener failed. Precision already replaced one and so I asked for the same Tech and he was able to come the same day and replace the old unit with a new one the same as the last time. The company epitomizes the best qualities of the USA. Privately owned, professional, reasonable pricing and fast service. What's not to like?

Mike did a great job in installing the opener, he gave me an informative review of the system and operation. I am very happy in selecting Precision Door for my project. It was very easy setting up the appointment, received confirmation and a reminder the night before and a call several minutes before arrival. I would recommend them and will use them again when needed. Mark

I was impressed with the technician who came out to fix our garage door that wouldn't open. He was knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining the problem and things I should keep an eye on for the future. For security a photo of the technician was texted to me before he arrived which I found very reassuring. I found Precision to be friendly, honest, professional and reasonable.

Precision gave me an appointment within days of my request. They had done work on my garage door years before and I knew them to be trustworthy. My technician, A.J. was very efficient. He gave me several options and I chose to have my opener replaced. First he explained what he was going to do and afterward, he showed me what he had done. We tested the new opener several times before I signed the payment. A.J. was very respectful and friendly. I would gladly recommend Precision Door Service.

We have used precision for new installs and repairs and are always satisfied. Most recently we needed a key pad repaired/replaced and we were able to get a next day appt. The technician, A.J., showed up when scheduled, and was courteous and knowledgeable, and replaced the keypad with no issues.
