Precision was the first call when another Garage Door opener failed. Precision already replaced one and so I asked for the same Tech and he was able to come the same day and replace the old unit with a new one the same as the last time. The company epitomizes the best qualities of the USA. Privately owned, professional, reasonable pricing and fast service. What's not to like?

I was impressed with the technician who came out to fix our garage door that wouldn't open. He was knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining the problem and things I should keep an eye on for the future. Precision gave me an appointment within days of my request. They had done work on my garage door years before and I knew them to be trustworthy. My technician, A.J. was very efficient. He gave me several options and I chose to have my opener replaced. First he explained what he was going to do and afterward, he showed me what he had done.
