Dan and Bill came out to install a new garage door openener for me. They were fantastic. Dan was very thorough in reviewing all the specific types of openers and the benefits. They were also on time, very professional and kind. They also told me how long they thought it would take to complete the installation and finished on time. If they needed to let me know anything during the install they made sure to do that and they were even great with my dogs! I would absolutely use Precision again.

Ed serviced my garage doors,he was neat and professional. He inspected my doors and gave me 3 options to choose from. He replaced the cables springs wheels rollers and rubber seal on the bottom of doors where it meets the ground. when completed he tested the doors for proper operation. then he cleaned the work area up. Dan and Bill came the same day that I called with a problem getting the door to close all the way. I called them because they installed my opener back in 2005. They were polite and efficient. I was happy that the maintenance could be done at the same time as the evaluation. (No second service call...) My door moves so much more smoothly and much, much quieter than it did. Great job!

Due to a delay at the doctor’s office, I was running late for my 2:30 appointment. The Precision Tech, Eddie called my cell at 2:31, politely asking if the scheduled time was 3PM rather than 2:30, since there was no one at the house. I assured him the error was mine, and I gave him the code to one of the working doors so he could assess the repairs needed. I arrived at 2:44, and he had reviewed what would be needed and presented three options. The first would correct the immediate problem, the second would also address some other wear issues, and the third would be a full replacement of every wear part on all three doors. All of the doors are used daily, so I opted to have everything replace on all three doors. In about two hours, all of the work was complete, and Eddie was cleaning up the work area. The 5 year old doors were as quiet as a mouse. I was so pleased, I asked about the possibility of a PM program, which I purchased. The final bill was just about what I had budgeted when I first reached out to Precision a few days earlier. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of the work, the ruggedness of the parts installed, and the fee charged.

Technician called ahead and came out earlier than scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable and explained the various options for the repairs we needed so we could make an informed decision and then he finished the repairs faster than he said he would.

Although I would rather not have had to call Precision because my old door opener short circuited due to lightning ,I was glad that I did. The tech that came out to see me was very courteous and preformed his job quickly. I had to replace the old opener and Precision helped me to do that very quickly and painlessly. I am happy with the liftmaster WiFi door opener that was installed. Precision is a top notch company and I would recommend them to anyone with garage door opener problems. Garage door broke around 7pm Monday, gave Precision a call and was told a technician would be out the next morning between 8-10. Received a phone call around 7:30, tech was at the house at 7:45 and the door was working by 9:30. Brian was great, knew what he was doing and explained the issues and options to fix.

Eddie was here right on time (he called 30 minutes ahead). After a comprehensive inspection, he told me exactly the repairs my door needed. I was given 3 detailed options, so it was less difficult to make a final decision. He made the repairs and pointed them out to me. He was here less than 30 minutes.
