Kid who came out was very nice and really tried but unable to fix. I have a large garage door and the center support for the torsion springs had come off the wall and locked the track. I paid $229.00 to get my car out of my garage. (This was on a Sunday for emergency services).

The repairman got to my house in record time, had the parts needed on his truck, did the repair work needed in an hour and answered all my questions. The spring replacements are done correctly as evidenced by the door working perfectly since it was done a couple weeks ago. When I had questions about their insurance coverage, the owner got back to me in a few minutes so the work could be done without delay. Thank you!

I had a garage door go down Saturday night. I called Precision Sunday morning and had a repairman "LEO" out by 11am. Leo called me 30 minutes before he was due to arrive...which was great as I could put my dogs in the yard. Leo walked me through the repair and explained why I needed an additional spring installed. I was also able to get a new key pad installed. One more thing on my list. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who is searching for a garage door repair. Being a Regional Manager for a retail company I know first hand what excellent customer service looks like. Thanks Precision and Leo, job well done.

They installer did not have model 8355 I ordered to replace my older but working unit . He talked me into accepting model 8550 with WizFi. He did not activate the WiFi and simply left me a printed manual.

Tech installed garage door opener motor only. The tech said the motor only came with 1 remote but left a 2nd remote which was very nice of him. He was going to leave a spare garage door pulley cable but never did. He decided to leave the old track instead of a new one because it is a single piece track that is heavier duty which was fine. He did not leave the new track or any hardware. He had the motor installed fairly quickly. He left before I could use the coupon.

I have used precision door now for several years. Most recently to install 2 new doors tracks and motors. They have arrived promptly every time and the technicians are courteous, personalable and exceptionally well trained. Leo Cornelius is the technician for my area and is a true professional. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job troubleshooting door issues. I rarely write reviews but Precision Door deserves to be recognized because they are just that much better than the rest. Called Saturday 730 am and had a service technician Come out by 1 pm the same day. Leo was our tech who was prompt and very professional. He notified me of all the benefits of the garage door openers available and reviewed the system after installation. I would not hesitate to use this garage door company for future repairs and installation.

Our garage door opener broke Sunday night and we were pretty sure we needed a new one. The old one was 22 years old!! We called several places yesterday (Monday) and the first to call back almost immediately was Keith from Precision. We set an appointment for 4 PM yesterday afternoon and Bryan came out to service our garage door opener. He recommended a new belt opener and also told us our pulleys were shot. We had him replace the opener and pulleys and two hours later, we had a new garage door opener. Bryan was efficient, respectful, and very knowledgeable. We were extremely happy with the service provided and will recommend Precision to all our friends and family.

I had a garage door emergency, couldn't get door to go up the Friday before New Years. I called Precision, they told me they'd have someone out and gave me the timeframe, he was there in time, fixed the door and charges were reasonable. All done in 7 degree weather I might add!!!

Bryan was very professional and honest. He explained what was needed to get two garage doors working like new. I would have purchased a new door, but he told me it was not necessary. I appreciated his honesty and hard work, as it was frigid outside. He rearranged his schedule, so he could complete the work for me that day, which took 6 hours. I could not be more pleased!
