I want you to know that your tech/company representative was so courteous, well manner, very knowledgeable, a fun person and extremely efficient in some of the harshest cold weather. I had a wonderful experience with Precision. From the very beginning, I felt at ease and felt that I would get the best service and quality for the price. I worked with Tom for pricing; he made wonderful suggestions, and did not come on with a hard sell. Indeed, because of a door that was left in stock, I got an upgraded door (with window, which I initially didn't want) for the same price as a lower-priced, windowless door. On the day of installation, Tom was in my driveway at 7:15 for an 8:00 start time, to begin looking over the lay of the land. Angel arrived soon after. Both men worked all day--they left around 4 p.m.--in miserable heat and humidity. Never once did they even enter my house, although I asked them to several times to get out of the heat. They stopped only for lunch. The job looks beautiful, the work is perfect, and the place was completely clean afterward. Precision was recommended to me by a neighbor who used them for garage repair two years ago. I will certainly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of work on a garage door.

Precision is awesome ! We called this morning with a broken door, and car trapped in garage. They added us to their schedule, came right out and fixed everything in an hour. Our major spring broke in half, now we have new springs, rollers, bearings , etc. Door works perfect now, and so quiet --- Great job Brian !!!

Two pulleys had perished on my garage door and it was struggling. Brian came out and assessed the issue quickly and repaired the problem. He is an excellent technician.

I was extremely pleased I was with service call yesterday from Precision Door Service. I had, inadvertently but embarrassingly, backed into my garage door, bending the lower two panels slightly, knocking it off the tracks, and confounding one of the tension wires. The technician was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly, and, as well, efficient and competent. He was clearly very knowledgeable. He was able to get the door back on track, straightened reasonably, and operating smoothly in short order. I also found him to be quite friendly as we were able to converse as he worked and he shared with me what he was doing and why. As an accomplished do it yourselfer (but not on garage doors!) I greatly appreciated that.
