The spring on our garage door broke on a Monday night. I called Precision on Tuesday afternoon and they set me up for a Wednesday afternoon appointment. Our technician called when he was on his way. Wow! I spoke to an actual person on the phone at Precision. An appointment was set up for the following day for our garage door/opener. Technician Gabe showed up, diagnosed the problem, gave us a couple of options, and we chose to repair, with the hope that we could extend the life of our door and opener. He was friendly, worked efficiently, explained what was being done, and finished the job in about 45 minutes. We were pleased and felt that the price was fair.

Installation was scheduled from 2 to 5 pm. Leo called a half hour before and arrived at 2 on the dot. He was very courteous and explained what he was going to do and asked if I had questions. One of the tracks on my overhead door had gotten damaged and my garage door wouldn't close. It was about 25 degrees. i called at 8:15 am and was told a tech would be out between 1-4 pm . shortly thereafter we were called to say he would be here by 9 :30 . what a surprise . jonathan was very good and gave us a good price . the whole job was done in about an hour. everything is working fine. i would highly recommend PRECISION for all your garage door needs. excellent service.

prompt and friendly service. I liked that the technician offered me options for my replacement door. Was very helpful in setting up my door to be able to open using my smart phone. It was great because he let me know that option was available and stayed stayed with me to set it up and make sure it worked properly. Definitely a top notch experience and I will use this company again.
