Wow! I spoke to an actual person on the phone at Precision. An appointment was set up for the following day for our garage door/opener. Technician Gabe showed up, diagnosed the problem, gave us a couple of options, and we chose to repair, with the hope that we could extend the life of our door and opener. He was friendly, worked efficiently, explained what was being done, and finished the job in about 45 minutes. We were pleased and felt that the price was fair.

Installation was scheduled from 2 to 5 pm. Leo called a half hour before and arrived at 2 on the dot. He was very courteous and explained what he was going to do and asked if I had questions. He programed the remote for not only the new opener, but also the other garage door opener. Leo's work was that of a professional.

One of the tracks on my overhead door had gotten damaged and my garage door wouldn't close. It was about 25 degrees. I called Precision at 8am on a Sunday and AJ was there by 9:30am and had my door fixed by 10am. Very professional and did a great job! I highly recommend them. Thanks so much for your service.

i called at 8:15 am and was told a tech would be out between 1-4 pm . shortly thereafter we were called to say he would be here by 9 :30 . what a surprise . jonathan was very good and gave us a good price . the whole job was done in about an hour. everything is working fine. i would highly recommend PRECISION for all your garage door needs. excellent service.
