Precision was able to dispatch a tech within 2 hours of my call [same day]. Tech was polite and informative. He made sure to review condition of my door and explain available options for repair or improvement. He completed the necessary repairs and tested both door and existing opener for proper function.

Darrin showed professionalism, knowledge and true concerns for my needs regarding the garage door opener issue. He clearly explained my options on the choices I had. After he completed replacement of several parts I couldn't be more happier with the results. I decided to change out the old main motor and receiver in a few days. Great job Darrin!! Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services.

The cable on my garage door snapped. I looked on the internet for a garage door company and saw your ad and was very satisfied in contacting you and that was a Saturday. The person I spoke to got me in on Tuesday which was very convenient for me. Dylan came on time and connected with me as to his ETA. He was very explanatory, assessed my situation and gave me three options. I chose one and he proceeded to fix the door. He was very efficient , timely and even helpful with an unrelated issue I had. I highly recommend your service and highly recommend Dylan as your technician. Thank you, DMD

The two techs that come to my home were curious , knowledgeable , and explained everything in a professional and understandable way. I was given many options and chose the one that fit my needs at the moment. Tina was not pushy to sell anything I wasn’t interested in. Will definitely call again when I need them.

Great service from the start! Went online Thursday evening and was able to get someone here as soon as Friday afternoon. Matt was great! Temporarily fixed the door so it was useable while we wait for the panel to come in to fix the door more permanently. Explained the problem, answered all of questions, and offered multiple solutions for how to fix things more long term. Great experience!

From the very start, I appreciated that the website reassured me that I would speak to a live person! Grateful to not receive spam emails. I like that I was texted a bio of the service-person who would visit my home. Service tech was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly, great guy! Highly recommend this company for your garage door repairs.

Matthew was excellent. Very knowledgeable and fun to talk with. Solved the issue while providing 3 different options/prices. Our garage is an old manual system with a lot of patchwork and he was able to leave it in better condition. Thank you.

I called Precision to replace a broken garage door cable. The technician, Dylan, was professional and explained the issues with the garage door. Although he suggested replacement of the door and the entire system, we worked through three options from minimal work/cost (approximately $500) to full replacement (almost $2000). I chose the former. Between arrival and bill payment, Dylan did the work in just over two hours. He left no trash behind. The garage door runs smoother and sounds less loud. I am unable to say whether the price was competitive because it was costly for me to try to compare prices: it seems to cost almost $100 for a company to make a service call to look at the job and give an estimate.

Dylon was on time for the appointment. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. He as very knowledgeable and able to communicate the potential issues in easy-to-understand terms. Very fair price to the solution we arrived upon. Look forward to having the work performed and working garage door openers that we do not have to work about.
