Technician, AJ, safety-checked our doors and gave an estimate on repair of one door. AJ was punctual and very efficient in checking the doors and explaining work that would be done to rebuild the one door. We have had Precision to repair/adjust our doors several times over the last 14 years and have been highly satisfied each time.

I called Monday morning a little after 8 and was able to get same day service scheduled between 3-6. I received a call from the technician Leo that he would arrive about 2:40 and then a text with the ability to show the route he was driving. Leo arrived and was very professional. He went the the various options to fix my garage door spring (cable snapped and the spring bent the bolt). He said we could try to just fix the spring, showed me the cause of why the cable snapped, and found the cable on the other spring frayed and close to breaking also. I chose the option to replace the older 2 spring garage lifting system with a torsion spring. Leo explained all my options completely and was willing to do whatever my choice was. I was given a very fair price, the door is so much quieter. The spring has a 7 year warranty. I very happy with whole experience starting with the courteous person who answered my call and ending with a same day garage repair. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

What a fantastic experience we had with Precision! From the woman who booked our appointment to the installer, everyone was pleasant, helpful, organized and professional. Communication was outstanding and Gabriel (the technician) arrived punctually with all that he needed to install a garage door opener. He worked meticulously and efficiently, cleaned everything up, and was courteous and professional. Wish we had more garages in need of openers!

Precision was referred by a relative who had had excellent service before at his own house. The engineer put in all new accoutrements for the door, e.g., springs, machinery, door opener system, etc., which had all worn out. From the phone call to schedule an appointment to the job being completed, everyone at Precision Door Service was very professional & courteous. They were able to come out the next day, and our technician, Leo Cornelius was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He immediately identified the problem, answered all my questions and gave me all of the options so I could make the best decision (decided on a brand new opener). This decision to select precision doors was a great decision. I called 4-5 services, and had three on site visits before selecting precision doors. The prices were similar, apparent quality of products were similar, but the knowledge of the on site estimate staff, the professionalism of the office receptionist, and above all, the tremendous workmanship of the installer (Gabe) was fantastic I will likely never need new garage doors installed in this region of the country, but this great team deserves as much ‘repeat’ business as one person’s review can generate. Note- don’t be in a hurry - it may take time to get the new doors into the shop, and then the installation staff to be available. For me, it was well worth the wait. I am very happy with the outcome

Today Leo showed up to check out our garage door. He was very punctual, announced his arrival as I was told he would do. Very articulate and professional and I was impressed by his knowledge of a very old system that he had to deal with. He identified the issue, fixed it and I cannot be more pleased by such high quality service. This whole experience is an anomaly considering today's attitudes and substandard quality of service.
