What a great find when I really needed it. When I explained what was going on with my garage door, It only took Gabriel a few seconds to find the issue: lose wires (bad job from builder) from the sensors. Wires didn’t have any insulation either (scary). Thank you Gabriel for great service and Precision doors for having people available on a Saturday. Highly recommend!

Wow! I spoke to an actual person on the phone at Precision. An appointment was set up for the following day for our garage door/opener. Technician Gabe showed up, diagnosed the problem, gave us a couple of options, and we chose to repair, with the hope that we could extend the life of our door and opener.
