Outstanding Serive and repair. We had one of our garage door torsion springs fail. Leo was our technician. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and early. We had him replace the failed torsion spring and also the other door spring as these were both over 20 years old. He did a great job and I would highly recommend Precision Door and Leo. We had one of our garage door openers replaced by Precision Door. We found them on the internet, their prices were very competitive, were a pleasure to deal with, and were able to schedule a service call right away. The service technician that did the work was very knowledgeable, easy to deal with, very clear in the options available, and did the work in a short period of time. We would definitely call upon Precision Door again if we have a need of this nature.

Today, we were fortunate to have Gabriel [tech] of Precision Garage Doors Service come out and provide service to our garage door. It was stuck mid-closure. All DIY strategies did not work. Extremely detailed and precise with work to be performed. Explained all options including extended warranty protection. Fast service. Expert cleanup after job was completed. Would highly recommend their service and we will call them again for maintenance and repairs !
