From the phone call to schedule an appointment to the job being completed, everyone at Precision Door Service was very professional & courteous. They were able to come out the next day, and our technician, Leo Cornelius was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He immediately identified the problem, answered all my questions and gave me all of the options so I could make the best decision (decided on a brand new opener). Once completed, he patiently went over all the new features and tested everything with me. A very positive experience. I would highly recommend Precision and would tell anybody to ask for Leo.

This decision to select precision doors was a great decision. I called 4-5 services, and had three on site visits before selecting precision doors. The prices were similar, apparent quality of products were similar, but the knowledge of the on site estimate staff, the professionalism of the office receptionist, and above all, the tremendous workmanship of the installer (Gabe) was fantastic I will likely never need new garage doors installed in this region of the country, but this great team deserves as much ‘repeat’ business as one person’s review can generate. Note- don’t be in a hurry - it may take time to get the new doors into the shop, and then the installation staff to be available. For me, it was well worth the wait. I am very happy with the outcome

Today Leo showed up to check out our garage door. He was very punctual, announced his arrival as I was told he would do. Very articulate and professional and I was impressed by his knowledge of a very old system that he had to deal with. He identified the issue, fixed it and I cannot be more pleased by such high quality service. This whole experience is an anomaly considering today's attitudes and substandard quality of service.

Very professional operation from start to finish. A cable snapped and we could not get our garage door to open or close without extreme effort. They were able to send Mike out the day after I called. Mike was on time and after checki8ng everything out offered 3 different solutions. The cheapest was to just get the garage door functioning again. The other 2 involved replacing rollers and springs that were showing signs of wear. As the garage door hadn't been serviced in many years I decided to go the whole distance so I wouldn't have to worry about those other parts failing over the next 4 years. Not cheap, but unlike another company I had once used Mike had a large truck with all the parts. He replaced the springs a second time before he left after I tried the door and still found it difficult to close. I wish I had used this company a year ago when I had an iffy company replace the weatherstripping on the bottom of the garage door. I guess you get what you pay for. The employees are obviously well-trained and know what they are doing.
