The spring on our garage door broke on a Monday night. I called Precision on Tuesday afternoon and they set me up for a Wednesday afternoon appointment. Our technician called when he was on his way. Wow! I spoke to an actual person on the phone at Precision. An appointment was set up for the following day for our garage door/opener. Technician Gabe showed up, diagnosed the problem, gave us a couple of options, and we chose to repair, with the hope that we could extend the life of our door and opener. He was friendly, worked efficiently, explained what was being done, and finished the job in about 45 minutes. We were pleased and felt that the price was fair.

Installation was scheduled from 2 to 5 pm. Leo called a half hour before and arrived at 2 on the dot. He was very courteous and explained what he was going to do and asked if I had questions.
