5 STAR RATING ALL THE WAY ! The owner actually moved us up in the work schedule as the car was stuck in the garage and had to get to an appointment. Leo Cornelius was our service tech. Extremely detailed and precise with work to be performed. Explained all options including extended warranty protection. Fast service. Expert cleanup after job was completed. Would highly recommend their service and we will call them again for maintenance and repairs !

The garage door repair company we had used for past repairs had gone out of business so we decided to try Precision Door. Very satisfied with the job performed by the repairman A.J. Yanko. After performing a thorough check of our two garage doors and openers, he replaced all of the garage door seals which had been worn out from twenty years of use. The final result was great - the finish work was perfect and our garage doors look much better (and are now sealed against the weather). We'll be using Precision Door going forward.

Kid who came out was very nice and really tried but unable to fix. I have a large garage door and the center support for the torsion springs had come off the wall and locked the track. I paid $229.00 to get my car out of my garage. (This was on a Sunday for emergency services).

The repairman got to my house in record time, had the parts needed on his truck, did the repair work needed in an hour and answered all my questions. The spring replacements are done correctly as evidenced by the door working perfectly since it was done a couple weeks ago. When I had questions about their insurance coverage, the owner got back to me in a few minutes so the work could be done without delay. Thank you!

I had a garage door go down Saturday night. I called Precision Sunday morning and had a repairman "LEO" out by 11am. Leo called me 30 minutes before he was due to arrive...which was great as I could put my dogs in the yard. Leo walked me through the repair and explained why I needed an additional spring installed. I was also able to get a new key pad installed. One more thing on my list. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who is searching for a garage door repair.
