Repair person was pleasant and fixed my problem in a timely fashion, but there was miscommunication on what was being completed. I thought I was getting new rollers, but apparently the $900 option I chose did not include them. This was inconsistent with my understanding of the work I agreed to, which seemed expensive in my opinion. Also, one of the repaired items was a new key pad for an opener, which Precison had installed 24 months ago. It was apparently not under warranty any more. My other opener and keypad (came with the house when I bought it) is over 15 years old and still going strong. It was very frustrating that the roller issue was miscommunicated and that I was charged full price for a keypad to replace the old one Pecision installed 2 years ago. I will not use Precision again in the future.
Brett, Sorry that the explanation of the work to be done was not clear. More sorry that we lost your confidence in working with us in the future. On our side, we'll try to train our repair technicians to make things more clear on what will and will not be done with any work and what charges are applied and not. Please look at your receipt more closely. You're keypad charge was zero. Conversely, I hope that the spring system repair we did do leaves your door working well form many years to come. There is a 4 yr warranty on those parts and if anything breaks, they are covered.

Initial call was dealt with in an excellent/helpful manner, with all options explained. Matthew provided excellent updates on arrival time prior to arriving (by text and e-mail), and was very effective/efficient throughout the actual service process. Overall EXCELLENT SERVICE delivered by Precision; both when we lived in NJ, and now in PA.

Have used Precision previously. They repaired garage stripping and installed new remotes and key pads. Technicians were friendly and efficient. They also inspected the doors and made recommendations for optimal garage door operation. Getting an appointment was quick and easy. The owner stopped out to check in which I thought was very professional. Won't hesitate to use them again when needed.
