Had a spring failure on one of my two doors on the night before Xmas Eve. Was shocked that Precision could come over on Xmas eve and repair door. Leo called, and came over ahead of schedule. He was very knowledgeable and had all the history of previous visits made to my home. Cost were very reasonable and a quality repair was done. Thanks Leo.

ALTHOUGH I WAS NOT HAPPY TO NEED A NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER, THE EXPERIENCE WAS QUITE PLEASANT. THE TECH A.J. ARRIVED ON TIME, AND WAS SINGING AS HE DROVE UP TO MY GARAGE. INSTANT CHEER!!! THE NEW DOOR OPENER IS QUITE, NOT LIKE MY OLD ONE THAT WOULD WAKE THE DEAD. A.J. WAS VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH, ASKED SEVERAL TIMES IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS. I WOULD RECOMMEND PRECISION TO ANYONE. Fantastic knowledge of their craft as well as excellent customer service. I had a emergent issue with my double garage door that was so severe, I thought it absolutely needed replacement. Precision showed up in one day and actually was able to fix it. It was a custom fix by a very experienced tech that had a "no quit" passion for his work. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.

Do not recommend. They charge $30 for an estimate and prices are more than double that other companies. Total rip off when I clearly asked on the phone for an estimate. No service was provided.

We gave a five star rating. Service was excellent. The gentleman went above and beyond, even replacing a cracked plastic part on our ceiling opener with a spare part from his trunk. We replaced our opener, and the tech explained use, operation, etc. We would recommend Precision.

The young man who installed the doors was clean, experienced ,respectful and very professional. Thank you. I do have one small concern. The doors were labeled as insulated doors yet our garage does not feel any warmer and the cold, cold winter isn't even here yet. That concerns me.

We were able to book a same day appointment, which was great, and AJ arrived bang on time at the beginning of our allotted 3 hour slot. He was not at all phased by our garage door issue, explained how he would fix it, and the cost. It took him all of 45 minutes to get the job done. The bonus is that he is a great guy, and we will definitely be calling Precision anytime we have another garage door issue, although I hope that will not be anytime soon!

Garage door was operating pretty roughly and then opener worked only sporadically. A friend had recently used Precision for a fix on his garage door and recommended them to me. I called late on Christmas Eve and was given an appointment for the day after Christmas. Came when scheduled (actually early). Several hours later all repairs were made and garage door works perfectly. Thank you.
