Precision Door has performed several projects for me and each time I’m impressed with their service. Calls are answered by a pleasant person, appoinments are scheduled promptly. Tech’s are on time, professional and knowledgeable. It’s quite refreshing in this era of oversold promises and robot telecommunications. Darren did a phenomenal job and was super thorough. I highly recommend Precision Door.

Darrin was fast, knowledgeable, and courteous. Fixed the problem and explained clearly what the issue had been. And, even more importantly, he saw another issue which could have created a bigger more expensive problem and fixed that as well. I have used Precision in the past and they continue to provide excellent service. Expenses were explained clearly in advance so there were no surprises.

I called Precision at 6:15am and within one hour, Dave returned my call and arranged for Technician Gabriel to meet with me between 2-5pm the same day. Gabriel arrived at 2:30pm and made the necessary repair. While I cannot make a price comparison, I am grateful that my garage door spring was repaired within one day.

Our garage door was literally falling apart - a metal piece fell off and then the spring snapped and we couldn’t get our car out - Precision quickly responded to our call for help. Gabe/Gabriel from Precision came same day and got our door operational. Gabe was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. He explained routine garage door maintenance items that I wasn’t even aware of. He didn’t try to oversell me on services or a new door (very expensive and a prior repair person from another company focused solely on that option) but instead educated me on options based on the current condition of my garage door parts and how to get more years out of our current door. I really appreciated his approach and patience as I learned from him and was able to make the best decision for my family. Thank you Gabe and Precision!

House no longer shakes when closing, the door is almost now silent, and it was installed and old taken away in 2 hours! Shout out to Vaugh - extremely professional, knowledgeable, and will be happy to refer you to anyone.

An extension spring broke on Thursday. I called at 7:02 AM Friday and the door was fixed by 5:30 PM that same day!!! Vaughn Yanko, their technician, was very professional, respectful, and personable. His explanations of the various options was very complete and understandable. We opted for a "torsion spring" upgrade and the door works better that ever. I would definitely recommend Precision Door (as well as Vaughn) to anyone!!

My garage door nightmare started with a roller off-track and a tangled tension string, leaving me unable to close the door in the cold. I desperately needed a same-day fix. While other companies were booked solid, Precision Door Repair came to the rescue! They had an afternoon slot available (3:00 PM), and the technician, even called to offer an earlier time (12:30 PM)! He arrived promptly and completed the repair within 30 minutes, without needing any new parts. Their quick response, professional service, and honest, reasonable pricing impressed me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precision Door Repair to anyone facing garage door issues.

Our garage door spring broke and we could not open the door to get our car out. Called Precision around 2pm and they were at the house by 6pm. Technician presented several options from basic fix to preventative repairs. We chose preventative as the door was 20 years old. Work was done in an hour. Technician was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He even fixed our keypad entry while there. This is the second time we have used Precision and highly recommend the company.
