AJ stopped by for which I thought would be a long maintenance job. He checked out our door mechanisms and found that they were in good shape. He then cleaned and lubricated the seals around the door openings and they now work like new!

Mike was very thorough in checking out the old unit and explaining the ongoing possibilities if we kept it. The better choice was to have a new unit installed. He installed the new one, set up the program, programmed the new portable openers and explained what he had done. He is an excellent technician and an asset to your company. We would call him whenever we experience a problem - which we do not expect to happen!

The technician that came to resolve my garage door issue was excellent and I do not use that term lightly. AJ was wonderful. I had a sense that he knew the problem when he came. We had a torsion spring break on Thursday evening and Precision was very responsive, arriving in about an hour. AJ and his partner had the parts needed, got right to work and had the job completed in about an hour. Everything was explained clearly and the guys brought a sense of humor to the job. AJ visited my house, on short notice, to solve different problems with my two garage door openers. He was friendly, prompt, and professional. He also walked me through everything he was doing, from diagnosing problems to proposing my options for solving them. I hope I don't need to have my openers fixed again any time soon, but if I do I'll most certainly ask AJ to come back. One opener wouldn't sync with any new remote I'd tried, so I figured the antenna system was shot. But AJ got it working with a different kind of universal remote and explained what the manufacturers of each remote didn't mention regarding compatibility standards. The other opener had an internal plastic cog that was completely stripped. AJ talked me through the pros and cons of replacing the malfunctioning part versus replacing the opener's head unit; I decided on a head unit replacement. AJ installed it quickly and without fault. I now have two working garage doors and remotes for each of them.

Precision's service was excellent through the entire process from the initial estimate to the installation and, due to a defect, the repair to the one door. Kurt, Beth, Angel and Ed were all very professional. We ordered a single and a double Classica 3000. Our only complaint is that the manufacturer of this model was incredibly backlogged and we had to wait 3 months for the doors to come in. One was damaged on receipt so we had to wait another 8 weeks for that.

My garage door opener, interior and exterior keypad totally died today. I am a past customer of Precision and knew I could count on them to confirm my fears and make the necessary repairs. Although an expensive repair, I am thrilled with the new Liftmaster garage door open, ah a keypad that works with a light touch, and the silence of the door is astounding to me - who knew. The work was diagnosed and repaired efficiently within 1 1/2 hours. I feel the better quality unit is going to give me years of service and I no longer have to wonder if the door will or will not open - the gremlin has left the building and with a Precision technician's expertise I am back up and running.
