Leo was quick. Diagnosed the problem, adjusted as needed, ran repeated tests and was done. Even discounted quoted price saying it didn’t take as long as he thought it would. Nobody does that!

Called on a Tuesday and they were able to get me scheduled for the next day between 3-6pm. Service tech Mike arrived at 3:45. He was very friendly and professional. Told me exactly what was needed. Service was completed in about 90 min. Great Service!!! Thank you

I guess it has something to do with Corporate Culture. We have been using Precision for over 20 years, in three different states and three different homes. The technicians in every case have been courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Currently, we have replaced both door motors and had service work done since February by this division/branch/franchise and again, the technician, A.J. Yanko, was efficient and thorough. Couldn't even tell he had been here when he left, clean and neat. Everything was operating efficiently and all programming completed. Their pricing has always been competitive. When the time comes to replace both doors we only have one call to make.

I saw that you had phone service on weekends. I called on Saturday and was able to set up an appointment for Monday morning. That was very important to me. In the meantime I talked to someone who was pleased with your company, and that gave me more confidence. I am very pleased with Mr. Yanko's service today. He diagnosed the problem and repaired the cable. He replaced the backup battery on the opener and also replaced the outdoor keypad. My next door neighbor and I both needed garage repairs. A.J. arrived in a timely manner and proceeded to assess our garages, repair as needed and identify areas for future improvements. Excellent job and I would highly recommend Precision. We had broken spring for our garage door. Before contacting Precision, I made the mistake of calling another company that popped up first on a google search as working in our area and advertised free quotes. The guy who showed up for the other company was very shady and then tried to extort us for a ridiculous amount to replace the springs. The experience with Precision was totally the opposite and Precision was incredibly professional from the first call through the end of the job. Precision was up front about pricing from the beginning, communicated well about scheduling and the guy who did the job, AJ, was terrific.

Our technician, Leo, showed up right on time and explained our repair/ replace options clearly and concisely. We chose to replace our garage door opener and he installed a new opener with a wall switch and keypad in less than an hour and a half. Leo then demonstrated the operation of our new system, which works very well and is quieter than the old system. I would not hesitate to use Precision again for any service our garage door may need in the future.
