This was my first time dealing with Percision and I can't say enough good things about the experience. Right from the first phone call which walked me through my options as well as scheduling of a service call all the way through the service call and installation of a new garage door opener. The Service Technician was very knowledgeable and explained all of the operations of the new opener and completed the installation in a very timely manner. Will look to Percision for my future needs of a new garage door and opener for a project that was just started.

I was very pleased with the timely service provided by Precision Garage Door. One of the tensioned garage door springs had broken, and I know enough not to attempt that repair as a DIY project. I called Precision and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Later that afternoon I was contacted by the technician asking if I was available the same day, as he had freed up earlier on a prior job and was in the area. The technician; Mike Hopton was exceptional. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote before starting any work. He advised me of a military discount and completed the job in a timely manner. Mike also took the time to explain the procedures, and answered all my questions. Mike made some additional adjustments and fixed the light fixture on the opener, even providing a light bulb for the new fixture. The parts for the job were the majority of my bill. I found the labor costs to be a fair representation of the service performed. I will definitely use Precision for my future garage door needs. Randy U.

One, small piece was missing, which I was able to order on Amazon to replace. He emailed a few recommended service options to keep my existing opener operating smoothly, and I can take care of them at a later time which works for me. My contacting Precision was based on the work done at my friend and associate’s home and business as well as my discontent with the company that I had been working with for 18 yrs. AJ was a professional in his approach and provided, pricing for replacement in kind and two up grade options. He even looked over the other door and providing guidance on its condition, since he was here for a spring failure. We chose to do both doors even though, the other door had newer springs. Their installation by previous owner, was not professionally done. Never felt pressured just informed.

We just purchased a new house and noticed the garage doors were very squeaky and we only had a remote for one of the two doors. Lou showed up right on time (we had a 3-6 window and he was there at 2:55!). He looked at everything, gave us an assessment of the condition of the doors and motors and lubed them to reduce the noise they make. Really personable and knowledgeable. Will keep them on speed dial if we ever need the doors or motors serviced.
