I have used Precision in the past and was very pleased with the service. Now at my new home I needed service. Precision came out Monday 12/9 after putting in the request on Friday 12/6. They even made my call the first one. Chris and Tina called the night before and the day of to let me know what find they would arrive. They accessed my door and gave me a quote. They had all the parts needed for the repairs and did so in a timely manner. I could not ask for better service and highly recommend Precision.

Dylan arrived promptly and was extremely pleasant to work with. Even though I am elderly, not especially knowledgeable of garage doors, and somewhat deaf, he was very patient and instructive in his explanation of what needed to be done. We were woken up early one morning to a loud bang and discovered that the spring was broken on our garage door. I called Precision Door for a repair. They did not have any openings that day and had to book an after-hours visit because we had two cars trapped. The dispatcher reached out to the technician and he bumped us up in the queue. He was out to our house an hour later and explained all of the options that were available. I opted to replace more than just the spring and am so glad we did. The garage door is over 15 years old and is now working better than when it was installed. We can barely hear the garage door open from anywhere in our house. I cannot say enough good things about the service that Dylan Reynolds provided. We are very pleased with everything.

I have used Precision door as a recommendation from a friend. I had just moved in and they replaced parts of the garage door and a new keypad. During the first year i had issues with the key pad and they came and fixed it promptly. I still had issues with the key pad after the first year and they were very responsive in solving the issue. Asked for service for broken spring …. was trying to upsell every service imaginable. When we explained we just wanted the spring fixed he refused to do just the one on the basis it wasn’t safe. My home, understand concerns but in the end if we only want one spring fixed that’s what we should get! Won’t call them again since they are only interested in selling you way more than needed! Lowest quote was over $600. Was trying to sell us $1300-$1600 in work. Husband fixed it for $25.

Technician Leo was prompt, helpful, explained everything clearly, and even offered to bring me a coffee. Oh and he fixed my garage door. He also gave me some information about possible future maintenance work we may need eventually but didn't pressure me to buy anything on the spot. No complaints!

I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the garage doors and service. I bought two new garage doors in April of this year. One door was making a cracking noise when opening and shutting. I called the company yesterday. An appointment was set up for today. The service person Shaun came on time, fixed the minor problem, checked the other door, and there was no charge. All good!

The technician was super communicative and very friendly. He was incredibly knowledgeable and timely. I believe he did a quality job in a very timely manner and helped us out where he could. I was a little shocked that it was over 400 dollars to replace a spring, I understand there was a minimum for the work he could do and I understand that's just what it costs. But that did hurt. Everything is expensive these days I suppose. Thankyou for the excellent job done.
