I chose Precision because of the ratings. If I could I would score them higher. Leo arrived on time calling before he arrived and he was pleasant, explained everything he was doing and why. I was so concerned as my garage door was not going up and I needed my car. There are so few companies that give you this kind of service. Don't hesitate to use them. They are the best.

Outstanding service, and I say that very few times. My wife backed into the track and damaged it on Friday afternoon, so I could not shut my garage door. Precision was able to rearrange service tech Leo's schedule and got him over with in hours. He repaired the track, checked over the entire door. Charged a more than a fair price. Would highly recommend this business.

I chose Precision after having contacted a half dozen other companies. Only one other came close and they were not located near enough. The response from the company was excellent. They charge for an inspection and this obviously saves them being given the run around by "window shoppers". The technician had a number of Door Opener in his Truck and I bought one on the spot. It was fitted and working in less than 2 hours. This is a Franchise run like a Family Business and I give my full recommendation to you to use them.

Leo was quick. Diagnosed the problem, adjusted as needed, ran repeated tests and was done. Even discounted quoted price saying it didn’t take as long as he thought it would. Nobody does that!

I guess it has something to do with Corporate Culture. We have been using Precision for over 20 years, in three different states and three different homes. The technicians in every case have been courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Currently, we have replaced both door motors and had service work done since February by this division/branch/franchise and again, the technician, A.J. Yanko, was efficient and thorough. Couldn't even tell he had been here when he left, clean and neat. Everything was operating efficiently and all programming completed. Their pricing has always been competitive. When the time comes to replace both doors we only have one call to make.

In the meantime I talked to someone who was pleased with your company, and that gave me more confidence.
