The technician (Mike) was on time, explained in detail the problems, completed the work and the door is fantastic. The door was making a horrible noise when opened and closed. I tried several lubes to resolve the problem but was unsuccessful. The rollers on both doors were replaced and the noise is gone! Very happy with the work done. I will definitely use this company again if needed. Outstanding customer service!!!!!

I found the Receptionist (Beth) who answered the phone when I made my appointment to be extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. My service technician,Gabriel Pohar, was very patient and thorough with his explanations of the different motors. He was efficient with his work and explained everything about the motor I had replaced. He cleaned up and left no debris. I can truthfully say he was one of the best service persons I had ever had. Thank you.

Our newest driver in the house was rushing to school and was too impatient to allow the door to open all the way. It looked absolutely like a lost cause. Precision came out RIGHT Away and had the door functional for a fair price!!! AJ was great metal bender as he stated! He provided us an estimate for a new door which most likely will be needed for long term. thanks AJ and Precision for your prompt excellent service.

The technician who did the service call was great and explained everything he did, reset the settings on my controller, and made a few wire adjustments to avoid future problems. However, the actual problem (misaligned sensors) could have been taken care of over the telephone, if the person who took my call had been more explicit in his questions and test questions. I also appreciated the quick service - I called on a Friday afternoon and was offered a Saturday morning appointment, which was inconvenient for me, so the technician came early Monday morning, right on time.

Technician was on-time, knowledgeable, and offered a variety of solutions with different pricing options for fixing the broken springs. Repair was done without much fanfare and the doors work now. In a world where (unfortunately) many repair jobs are a hassle to schedule, a song-and-dance to get done, and then the issue persists, Precision Door simply delivers. This is the second fix we've used them for and will not hesitate in the future.

2 years ago our installation was flawless (16' and 8' doors). Just for peace of mind I had Precision come out to check on things last week, do some lubrication. The doors were still in perfect working order. The technician, was very knowledgeable, courteous and just good folk.

Precision was recommended by a friend --- Now a BFF!! Best advice I've had in years. Kerry/Cary (?) was extremely helpful when I called to request an appointment. AJ appeared on time, worked effectively, efficiently & swiftly AND had the best sense of humor I've experienced in a long time. I am super impressed. Bravo!! And thank you. Would definitely recommend Precision.
