I was very pleased with service received. Ed called right at 8am to say he would be at my home by 830. Reviewed and explained to me what the issues were and options to fix it. I went with the middle plan as it fixed major issues and was the most cost efficient for me currently. Very pleased with the service and will recommend anyone to contact Precision Door.

Had an online chat on their website around 8 am. They answered my questions and had a curtious installer at my home by 10. He had everything needed for the installation on his truck. The install was completed by 12 noon including some upgrades I requested. I was totally impressed by how quickly they responded to my needs. Contact them , you will not be disappointed.

Leo (tech) did a great job. Clean, quick and efficient -- a total professional. He explained our options (we had a broken spring and a 10-YO door needing general maintenance) very clearly. Plus, we called on a Saturday morning and he was at our place by 2:00 Saturday afternoon. That's service!

So happy with our service!! This visit was our third, and no one could manage to code our cars. But not only did the young man from Precision program both our cars' HomeLink systems, he serviced our garage door and replaced the frayed cables. We will rely on this firm from now on.

I used two companies with the name Precision for other repairs and service so when I needed a garage door repaired, I thought that I would use the name Precision again. I was not disappointed. They were punctual, explained my options in an effective and communicative manner, and Gary and Ed performed the job in a efficient and timely manner.
