I had a fantastic service visit today with Precision for a routine check of my garage door opener and all parts, lube maintenance and an installation of a replacement back up battery. The Tech (A.J. Yanko) was a truly great guy. He was right on time, professional, friendly and did high quality work and in a very neat fashion. I'll be asking for him again in the future. The costs and pricing were very reasonable, and in fact, were less than what was estimated on the call where I made my appointment. Searched internet for a local company to address issue with garage door. “Chatted” to share what happened. Had a tech arrive the next morning at 8:30! Gabe assessed the situation, presented 3 options after showing us the damaged part. Never pressured us, patiently answered questions and addressed our concerns. We opted to replace the opener vs repair. Evidently, Gabe is an experienced technician - nice, neat install. Did not leave until we were shown that everything worked properly. We were highly appreciative of his courtesy and talent. Very deserving of the 5 Stars! I was impressed with the company offer to assist those who were negatively impacted by the pandemic who may need help with garage door issues-very nice to see a company reach out to the community.

From the beginning, when I called & talked to a pleasant helpful person, who quickly arranged an appointment, to the also, pleasant & helpful rep, Michael Hopton, I received a terrific experience from Precision Door South East PA. I learned so much about garage door openers & garage doors - much more than from the original garage door opener installer, who also came back for inspection. but hardly talked or explained anything compared to the good advice & information I obtained from Michael. He also included a couple of minor repairs. My garage door opener now works great !!

Garage door tension spring broke on a Monday morning. Called Precision to schedule a repair and they were there Tuesday. Technician AJ did an AWEOME job explaining the options for repair and additional service. He was fast, professional, and took pride in his high-quality work. I can confidently say my repaired garage door is now BETTER THAN NEW. I will DEFINITELY call Precision again for any garage door needs.

While backing out of the garage, I mistakenly hit the door remote and the door came down hitting the antenna unit on the roof & pulled the door off the track and dented the door. 2 years ago, Precision installed the garage door and since they did an excellent job, I did not hesitate to call them. Neil arrived promptly at the arranged time, with mask. Evaluated the situation, fully explained the repair and cost. Neil did a great job, the door looks and works just as good as when Precision installed it.

We are so pleased with the service that this company provided. We had very old garage doors and realized one day that the sensors did not work. Mike came out the very same day to give me an estimate on new motors with appropriate sensors. The day after that, our new motors were placed and they work very well.
