The technician was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, installed the new garage door opener and explained everything to us. He was very friendly and polite. We are very satisfied and will definitely use Precision again if the need arises. After scheduling our service call for today, we referred our next door neighbors to your company and the technician will be going there next.

Very pleased with repairman, Dan was professional, did a good job and suggested appropriate upgrades. I was very disappointed with Military (veterans) advertised discount which worked out to less than 2%.

We are more than pleased with the service we received. Leo explained the problem with our old opener and we had him replace the entire unit as well as keypad and two remotes. Fair price for excellent service. We’ll definitely recommend you to anyone we know who needs garage door opener service or replacement.

Absolutely awesome company. A real, live person answers the telephone and they schedule your appointment on the spot and come to your home when promised. And, to top it all off, the work was performed and completed in record time and was done correctly! It is so nice to deal with a company that does as advertised and there is no waiting on the phone while an automated person sends you to the wrong department again and again.

First time customer of Precision and was very impressed. They answered the phone when I called and had me on the schedule within a day or two (could have even came out same day if I wanted to pay an emergency fee). Leo was very friendly, knowledgeable, and great helping me understand my options. I also couldn't believe it when Leo called to say he was on his way and that he was going past a Wawa and asked if I wanted a coffee! Overall very satisfied, especially with how quickly they could come out and how easy it was to work with them, they seem to be very customer oriented.

All of a sudden yesterday morning, one of our garage doors (20 years old) would only open about 4 inches and couldn't be opened manually. We called Precision and made an appointment through Beth for the late afternoon and asked to have it earlier if there was an opening. She called back shortly to let us know she was able to schedule the appointment for earlier, which was very helpful. Later on, Dan McCulloch called to indicate when he'd arrive. He determined that our spring had broken on one of our doors and after we asked him to check the other door, he said there was a hump in it that indicated possible future trouble. He didn't press us to replace that spring, but we decided after his evaluation to do so. During the installation, he also determined (and demonstrated to us) that our bearings (?) weren't working properly on either door, so we decided to replace them as well. What we appreciated was that he took the time to show us what the condition of the parts was and also what the cost was of the replacement parts, exclusive of labor. He did not push us to replace the worn parts, but took the time to explain the consequences of retaining them. He was very helpful in making our decisions, and careful and thorough in performing the services.

No special reason I called Precision. Ad I guess. I was told Gabe would be coming. Due to circumstances, another employee was sent. He was professional, friendly and a very good worker. He explained everything he would replace beforehand, and showed me where they were after. Very satisfied.
