One evening I heard the spring on my garage door break. As an avid "Do-it-Yourselfer" I started doing some research into this type of repair. I very quickly discovered that these springs come in a multitude of strengths for different weight doors. Since this setup was very old and I didn't know the weight of the door, I realized that, at best, this would be trial and error with a lot of learning along the way. While doing my research, I came across the website of Precision Door and was surprisingly impressed. So I did some more research on Precision Door themselves and gave them a call. Leo was out to my house the very next day. He went over all my options and prices then let me choose. He completed the work in an very friendly and professional manner while exhibiting a comforting level of competence. What's nice is that they come to your house with all the equipment they need. That means they have many different strength springs with them so they can use the perfect one. Leo actually tried a couple before he found the right one. Now the door works so much better than it has ever worked before. In fact, whenever I hit the button on the opener I still to turn around to make sure its working because it is so much quieter that it ever was before. I'm really glad I gave Precision Door a call. It's a good feeling to know it's done right.

I was extremely impressed with my whole experience with Precision. I called with an urgent garage opener issue and was immediately given a same day appointment. The technician A.J. Yanko was prompt, friendly and professional. He identified the problem (broken spring) and the repair was completed quickly. The price was reasonable and clearly communicated. Overall, I received excellent service and would absolutely use Precision again.

Called Precision Door around 10am Monday. They had time available that day, were out by 1pm. Done by 3pm. Service Tech (AJ) was very helpful. Door is great, got belt drive...much quieter than previous chain drive. Good price including installation. Thanks for the great service. Highly recommend.

Jeffrey performed the service and Brian facilitated the appointment. I called Friday, September, the 6th, asked for Monday, September 9th and Brian was able to get me an appointment, Saturday, September 7, at 8 am to be completed by 11 am. WOW! WHAT ACCOMMODATIONS. Brian was professional, kind and personable. Everything he promised about the service proved true. Jeffrey performed a double spring Torsion Package. He was wonderful, thorough, punctual, knowledgable and he explained and walked us through every stage of the process. A spring broke late in the evening. I called their 24 hour scheduler and AJ was out in less than 24 hours. AJ was friendly and informative, and laid out our options.
