This is William I am very un happy, your technician came out today to repair something that wasn’t done prober when my garage was installed on 10/07/19. He started to repair what he thought was just a simple job, and he found that there was very inadequate work that needs serious attention right away. We are so pleased with the service that this company provided. We had very old garage doors and realized one day that the sensors did not work. Mike came out the very same day to give me an estimate on new motors with appropriate sensors. The day after that, our new motors were placed and they work very well. Excellent customer service, friendly and efficient.

One evening I heard the spring on my garage door break. As an avid "Do-it-Yourselfer" I started doing some research into this type of repair. I very quickly discovered that these springs come in a multitude of strengths for different weight doors. Since this setup was very old and I didn't know the weight of the door, I realized that, at best, this would be trial and error with a lot of learning along the way. While doing my research, I came across the website of Precision Door and was surprisingly impressed. So I did some more research on Precision Door themselves and gave them a call. Leo was out to my house the very next day. He went over all my options and prices then let me choose. He completed the work in an very friendly and professional manner while exhibiting a comforting level of competence. What's nice is that they come to your house with all the equipment they need. That means they have many different strength springs with them so they can use the perfect one. Leo actually tried a couple before he found the right one. Now the door works so much better than it has ever worked before. In fact, whenever I hit the button on the opener I still to turn around to make sure its working because it is so much quieter that it ever was before. I'm really glad I gave Precision Door a call. It's a good feeling to know it's done right.

While backing out of the garage, I mistakenly hit the door remote and the door came down hitting the antenna unit on the roof & pulled the door off the track and dented the door. 2 years ago, Precision installed the garage door and since they did an excellent job, I did not hesitate to call them. Neil arrived promptly at the arranged time, with mask. Evaluated the situation, fully explained the repair and cost. Neil did a great job, the door looks and works just as good as when Precision installed it.
