Your technician Leo was absolutely amazing. He was able to provide 2 new remotes and pair my car’s opener. Leo was prompt, courteous, thorough and very knowledgeable. Leo also provided an estimate for a new motor as my opener is getting quite old. Old fashioned 5 star service! Leo is certainly an asset to your company!

Precision was able to get me in the same day that I called for a broken cable on my garage door. The technician Darrin was very professional and quickly replaced the required parts. Job site was clean when finished. Price might have been a bit high for the job (although I did not do a ton of price comparisons because I needed to get someone out right away to fix my issue). Highly recommend, especially if you are in need of immediate help with your garage door. Beth in customer service was super nice, especially when she heard the panic and anxiety in my voice when I explained my need for immediate help.

Precision Door is a top notch company. They installed garage doors in two homes and the work was perfect. When I did have an issue of our own making (kid backing up and damaging the door), they were out the next day, repaired the door and offered options for replacing damaged section if we did not like the cosmetic damage. Very professional and easy to deal with!

Precision was awesome. First and most importantly they answered their phones after hours. And after discussing our issue they sent somebody out to do the repair on a Friday night. Darrin was an awesome technician. Not only very knowledgeable but very friendly and willing to explain everything to me as he performed the repair. I would recommend Precision Door and their tech Darrin to everyone!

I chose Precision because I saw how many years they were in business and the reassurance of the customer service. I had a bad install and service from another company and called precision to help trouble shoot some issues. Andre gave me a complete and thorough explanation of all the issues. He was neat and very professional. Above all he did an excellent job. My garage door is running smooth and safe. Thank you Andre.

Technician was pleasant and fixed the lose belt on our garage door in 5 minutes with no tools or parts needed. The reason I can only give a "3" star is because the charge was $200...for literally 5 minutes. Precision Doors charges $85 to come out and an hourly fee on top of that. Feels like a lot...

This was such a great experience and we will definitely use their services again and recommend them to all. It was a three hour turnaround from the time we called until our garage door was back in operation right before Thanksgiving guests. We are very appreciative and Leo was very competent and knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Happy Thanksgiving.

Fantastic service (this time Darren, last time Leo) , quick and just really nice folks. My 2 door openers are about 19 yrs old and so have broken a couple times recently. Fixed again but will definitely be going to Precision for a new installation with modern technology when it's time! Thanks!
