Precision was awesome. First and most importantly they answered their phones after hours. And after discussing our issue they sent somebody out to do the repair on a Friday night. Technician was pleasant and fixed the lose belt on our garage door in 5 minutes with no tools or parts needed. The reason I can only give a "3" star is because the charge was $200...for literally 5 minutes. Precision Doors charges $85 to come out and an hourly fee on top of that. Feels like a lot...
