I’m a repeat customer of Precision having used them to install a garage door opener in 2020 and replace a faulty control unit in 21. This morning our spring broke and we were unable to get both cars out of the garage. Sean, a repairman, arrived within 90 minutes of me calling the office! He replaced the spring and the pointed out that the drive belt was quite worn and near failure. The office directed him to provide an option for a new rail and belt assembly rather than replacing the entire unit for a very reasonable price. Sean completed the job by 1230 and we were back in business and able to make a doctors appointment. Sean was knowledgeable, professional, polite, and great to work with. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Thomas was great, gave good advice and fixed the problem right away, plus we opted to replace springs, pulleys, etc. on both doors and he was quick and thorough. There was an issue with one door's alignment and he worked at it until it was resolved. Very satisfied with the experience.

Precision was able to get me in the same day that I called for a broken cable on my garage door. The technician Darrin was very professional and quickly replaced the required parts. Job site was clean when finished. Price might have been a bit high for the job (although I did not do a ton of price comparisons because I needed to get someone out right away to fix my issue). Highly recommend, especially if you are in need of immediate help with your garage door. Beth in customer service was super nice, especially when she heard the panic and anxiety in my voice when I explained my need for immediate help.

Precision Door is a top notch company. They installed garage doors in two homes and the work was perfect. When I did have an issue of our own making (kid backing up and damaging the door), they were out the next day, repaired the door and offered options for replacing damaged section if we did not like the cosmetic damage. Technician was pleasant and fixed the lose belt on our garage door in 5 minutes with no tools or parts needed. The reason I can only give a "3" star is because the charge was $200...for literally 5 minutes. Precision Doors charges $85 to come out and an hourly fee on top of that. Feels like a lot...
