Jeffrey performed the service and Brian facilitated the appointment. I called Friday, September, the 6th, asked for Monday, September 9th and Brian was able to get me an appointment, Saturday, September 7, at 8 am to be completed by 11 am. WOW! WHAT ACCOMMODATIONS. Brian was professional, kind and personable. Everything he promised about the service proved true. Jeffrey performed a double spring Torsion Package. He was wonderful, thorough, punctual, knowledgable and he explained and walked us through every stage of the process. We appreciated his thoughtfullness and time to make sure we thoroughly understood the problem and the solution. Just an outstanding company. They came highly recommend to me and the recommendation was accurate!

Gab did an excellent job of repairing our garage door. The spring and cable were broken and Gab replaced those, as well as, the rollers and now the door is working fine. gab is a very nice individual and it was a pleasure having him do our repair.

A spring broke late in the evening. I called their 24 hour scheduler and AJ was out in less than 24 hours. AJ was friendly and informative, and laid out our options. The job was completed in about an hour. This is not our first experience with Precision. They are probably the best service company I have ever dealt with.

Precision has been great to deal with. Before even sending out a repairman, they tried to help me solve my problem over the phone (and save me the expense of a service call). When I was unable to fix it myself, they sent Leo, an experienced technician who solved the problem quickly and gave me some advice and instruction about being alert to maintenance issues that might arise. I am very happy with their service.

Geoffrey was very professional. The garage door works perfectly after new springs were installed. I had only one spring broken. However, be prepared to change it on both sides to avoid another phone call for a new repair a few days or months later. I also was told that I have a 4-year warranty after this repair. Very satisfied with the outcome.

The tech, Leo Cornelius, is a huge credit to your firm. Can’t fault him on anything. Brian in service was wonderful in arranging fast service. Just have to ask: I researched these parts and expensed labor so why so expensive?

Love my new garage door! If not for the fact that it looks new, doesn't have any dents, and opens and closes the way it's suppose to, you wouldn't know it wasn't the original door which is exactly what I wanted. Like that I had the option of good, better, best as to the quality of the door depending on how much I was willing to spend. Leo and Brian were knowledgeable and professional. The people who answer the phones Kieth, Terry, Beth, etc. are all courteous and helpful. I would recommend Precision Door.

Useless, the repair person showed up at my place without remotes that would be compatible with my older garage door opener even though I told the operator who booked the appointment the type of remote that would be needed. I was told the door needed replacing along with all the hardware. He did say he could supply me with the name of a company who could do the work. In addition to all this he wanted to test for lead paint on the door because there would be an additional expense to remove it, I was just trying to get two replacement remotes. I'm out of a 30 dollar service call fee I gave the guy 30 bucks for a bill of 29.95 and he never even offered to give me my 5 cents change. This is not a big deal but it does say to me maybe I shouldn't do business with them .

Ed called before heading out and arrived on time as promised. He performed a complete safety check of our garage door, springs and cables. Offered three options. We selected our choice and the new opener is great. Ed is a professional who takes his work serious and is very polite and courteous.

I love it when someone shows up when they are supposed to, knows what they are doing, has all the parts on the truck and when they leave, everything is working as it is supposed to. We have a 30 year old heavy wooden varnished double door. Other people have tried to sell us new doors, but we like this. The Tech (Ed) explained that our 15 year old springs were worn and gave us three different options to fix the problems, without trying to sell us new doors. He replaced the springs and hardware. He explained our motor still had life left it in and didn't pressure us to replace it. We did chose to replace the 15 year old motor. WHen he was done, the door worked quieter than it has ever done. Before he left, he even reprogrammed the remotes on both our cars, and petted the dog. Can't ask for more!
