Wow!!! Beyond impressed!!! This was the third garage door company I had called and couldn’t be happier! AJ was so genuine, honest and quite funny! He told me what I needed and did not need and got the job done the same day! If this company did more than garage doors I would hire them in a second!! Thank you Precision Doors and especially to AJ that made the experience so easy! ????

I was very happy with the service your service man AJ Yanko provided. He was very knowledgeable and informative. Not only did he replace the broken lift cables, he made sure the openers were up to code. One last thing to be concerned with when I sell the property. I will call again if/when I need any garage door work done.

One evening I heard the spring on my garage door break. As an avid "Do-it-Yourselfer" I started doing some research into this type of repair. I very quickly discovered that these springs come in a multitude of strengths for different weight doors. Since this setup was very old and I didn't know the weight of the door, I realized that, at best, this would be trial and error with a lot of learning along the way. While doing my research, I came across the website of Precision Door and was surprisingly impressed. So I did some more research on Precision Door themselves and gave them a call. Leo was out to my house the very next day. He went over all my options and prices then let me choose. He completed the work in an very friendly and professional manner while exhibiting a comforting level of competence. What's nice is that they come to your house with all the equipment they need. That means they have many different strength springs with them so they can use the perfect one. Leo actually tried a couple before he found the right one. Now the door works so much better than it has ever worked before. In fact, whenever I hit the button on the opener I still to turn around to make sure its working because it is so much quieter that it ever was before. I'm really glad I gave Precision Door a call. It's a good feeling to know it's done right.

The Precision Overhead Garage Door Team was excellent to deal with from start to finish! When another installer cancelled my order I was in a bind. When I found The Precision Team they immediately stepped in and were wonderful in resolving my need for a specific type of garage doors. From Leo the estimator, to Brian the manager, Terry and Beth in the office, Leo the technician and of course the fabulous installation crew of Angel and Ed, it was a terrific experience. I can give Precision a top rating for expertise, pricing, service and a real pleasure to work with!
