I couldn't have been more pleased. A.J. arrived on time and upon reviewing the garage door area he discovered the major issue keeping the door from closing which he quickly resolved. He also checked out the opener and gave advice on how to avoid a re-occurrence, including keeping the door's path free from debris which he personally swept away. We talked and discovered we had a lot in common, particularly a love of sports, although since I grew up in New England, our favorite pro teams competed in the same division for the most part. I totally enjoyed the time we spent together and the quick fix.

Then kept me up to date on his progress & timeline the day of the appt. I really appreciated this. Additionally, I received a text with the technician’s photo before he arrived. This was equally appreciated. The technician was knowledgeable & explained everything thoroughly. Did a great job, as you’d expect, but I appreciated the few extra touches that made this experience better than others.

Did a very thorough job, troubleshooting and solving the issue with the opener that wasn't working, as well as assessing the condition of both openers and doors, and making recommendations on how to improve their operating condition. I was looking for an revised quote after we delayed the project in 2022. I called on a saturday and around 2:00 the same day Bryan arrived to look at the project. We have three doors that are 32 years old, two with openers (the same age!). Bryan was straight forward and presented me with multiple options to control the cost and also meet our needs. He was very patient and spent time with me discussing each of the options and the pros and cons of each.
