Dylan was dispatched to my house for an issue with one of my openers. He was very pleasant. Did a very thorough job, troubleshooting and solving the issue with the opener that wasn't working, as well as assessing the condition of both openers and doors, and making recommendations on how to improve their operating condition. I was looking for an revised quote after we delayed the project in 2022. I called on a saturday and around 2:00 the same day Bryan arrived to look at the project. We have three doors that are 32 years old, two with openers (the same age!). Bryan was straight forward and presented me with multiple options to control the cost and also meet our needs. He was very patient and spent time with me discussing each of the options and the pros and cons of each.

We had a garage door issue so I contacted "Precision" and Beth was very responsive in getting a technician to our house within hours. Great business, I had called numerous other garage door repair places as our cars were trapped in our garage since our garage cable snapped on one side. Precision was the only company that reliable confirmed appt and sent out Dylan in a timely manner, despite it being a Saturday. A reasonable price too. Others were saying days (Sunday/Monday). Dylan was nice, professional and got us out of a bad situation.
