My torsion spring double door broke at 10pm on a Monday night … called precision door right away and was surprised someone answered! On Tuesday morning less than 12 hrs later… they showed up and had it fixed within the hour!! The tech Mike is professional and courteous and efficient very satisfied!!

The Technicians arrived at my home on time and were very detailed when telling me what they would be doing to install my two garage doors. They were both very knowledgeable and very nice! This was my first time dealing with Percision and I can't say enough good things about the experience. Right from the first phone call which walked me through my options as well as scheduling of a service call all the way through the service call and installation of a new garage door opener. The Service Technician was very knowledgeable and explained all of the operations of the new opener and completed the installation in a very timely manner. Will look to Percision for my future needs of a new garage door and opener for a project that was just started.

I was very pleased with the timely service provided by Precision Garage Door. One of the tensioned garage door springs had broken, and I know enough not to attempt that repair as a DIY project. I called Precision and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Later that afternoon I was contacted by the technician asking if I was available the same day, as he had freed up earlier on a prior job and was in the area. The technician; Mike Hopton was exceptional. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote before starting any work. He advised me of a military discount and completed the job in a timely manner. Mike also took the time to explain the procedures, and answered all my questions. Mike made some additional adjustments and fixed the light fixture on the opener, even providing a light bulb for the new fixture. The parts for the job were the majority of my bill. I found the labor costs to be a fair representation of the service performed. I will definitely use Precision for my future garage door needs. Randy U.

AJ was fantastic! He called before he arrived, was able to come earlier due to a cancelation. Diagnosed issue quickly and efficiently. One, small piece was missing, which I was able to order on Amazon to replace. He emailed a few recommended service options to keep my existing opener operating smoothly, and I can take care of them at a later time which works for me. My contacting Precision was based on the work done at my friend and associate’s home and business as well as my discontent with the company that I had been working with for 18 yrs. Hope was extremely helpful. Leo is, now, my technician of choice. He has caused me to put Precision on speed dial. Only concern, after the fact is no coupon, senior or vet discount was offered. I can only hope and expect a response pertaining that issue. A fine team.

I have used Precision Door Service for years. Most recently, the circuit boards died in my 15-year set of garage door openers. Within the next day, Precision installed two Liftmaster 87504 belt drive openers with Wifi, battery backup and cameras. I love the smart system and outstanding work done by Precision. AJ was a professional in his approach and provided, pricing for replacement in kind and two up grade options. He even looked over the other door and providing guidance on its condition, since he was here for a spring failure. We chose to do both doors even though, the other door had newer springs. Their installation by previous owner, was not professionally done. Never felt pressured just informed.
