From the phone call to set up the appointment the assessment process, our options explained, to the installation of the required components. Leo was on time, courtious and knowlegable. He assessed the situation and explained our options. The work was professional and completed to our satisfaction in a timely manner. We give the entire team 5 stars out of five.

I just had 2 garage doors installed by Precision Doors and they did an awesome job. They arrived on time and the technicians were professional and very friendly. We had Precision install a new garage door 11 years ago and now needed to have the opener either repaired or replace. The opener was 21 years old when the cable failed. Precision was able to replace the cable/rail assembly in about an hour. We have been happy with both the original installation of the door as well as the repair to the opener.

The spring on a door installed last November suddenly loosened to the point where the door really didn't function. I called Precision at about 9:00 in the morning and Mike arrived at my house around 10:30 and the door was in working condition at 11:00. It's fantastic to have such a quick response.

The process of replacing our old wood garage door with a new metal door was so easy with Precision Door Service! Their sales rep was responsive, and talked me through the different options and pricing available. Because of supply chain issues, I was originally told the door I ordered would take at least 6 months to arrive. However, I received a phone call after only waiting 2 months that my door was ready to be installed, and they were able to fit me into their schedule right away. Matt and Darren arrived on time, communicated with me during the installation process, and made sure I was happy with the end product. A very smooth process - thank you!

I saw their truck at a neighbor's house and asked about the service she received. She was extremely happy with AJ the tech, so I called and asked for AJ however, they sent Tom instead. Tom was great and went about his work and replaced my springs and new rollers and adjusted the door. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door repairs and Maintenace.

I had a problem with my garage door yeaterday, and called to sechedule an appointment to get it fixed. I was told Leo would be doing the work and would fit me in on Friday. Leo got here earlier than I expected, which was great. He was a pleasure to work witj, explained what needed to be done, and provided me the necessary options (costs) to make a decision. I have worked with Precision on theee occasions now, and all of them have been great. Two were repairs and one for a new garage door. Every service personnel I dealt with have been pleasant, extremely helpful, and customer service oriented. I will always call Precision for any future needs.

AJ did a great job of replacing the garage door springs and went the extra mile to make sure the other garage door worked well. He greased both garage doors and made sure both went up and down smoothly. What a difference! His outgoing personality also made it fun to have him there working. Precision does excellent communications. They went above and beyond letting me know when appointment was to giving me a reminder to when AJ was on his way. Beth in customer assistance was also super helpful in scheduling the appointment.

Leo did an outstanding job! He was prompt, respectful, and thoughtful. He’s also an expert…very experienced - long tenure. Leo executed the work meticulously: replacing our old garage door opener with a new model in what I believe was a very short time frame, and then explained what he accomplished and provided directions regarding the new unit.
