Was not happy at all. I called you to our home for a repair, the garage door is 2" short of completely closing, therefore the garage is the same temperature as the outside and my babies room is above. I assumed this was an adjustment and was willing to pay for such. Not only was nothing done, I was charged $40.00 for 6 estimates beginning at $670 dollars, none of which we can afford. Not happy in Coatesville.

We are new to the area and called Precision because of the excellent reviews. We couldn't have been more pleased - true to their word they where here on time, extremely efficient and I felt very reasonable. Also very pleasant on the phone !! Leo was able to come a little earlier than the appointment window. He immediately diagnosed the problem with my old garage door opener which the belt was worn out. He gave me options of replacing the old belt and rail or replacing the door opener. Since my old opener was 19 years old and could break down at any time, I decided to go with a new opener. He gave me 3 options with one brand and 2 options with another brand. I knew the garage door was also out of balance so he recommended that I get new springs, cables, and pulley's replaced which I did. One of the cables he took off was in strands and ready to break, so replacing these parts was a good decision to make sure the new opener was not over stressed and so the door could move smoothly. It was an unexpected and very expensive job, and I have no idea what a job like this could cost, so I hope that this job was a fair price for everything. Leo was able to give a discount as part of a package deal with all involved. That said, Leo was extremely well mannered, patient with my questions, and was very knowledgeable and answered my questions clearly. He knows what he is doing and probably took less than 2 hours to replace and adjust everything. The garage door is moving smoothly and quietly. Hopefully things will be working problem free for many years. Well done Leo and team for the quick scheduling and service. Regards, Robert

Their telephone representatives are all personable, professional, and helpful. We found the cost of the job lower than we thought it might be, and Gabe was terrific on site. My torsion spring double door broke at 10pm on a Monday night … called precision door right away and was surprised someone answered! The Technicians arrived at my home on time and were very detailed when telling me what they would be doing to install my two garage doors. They were both very knowledgeable and very nice! This was my first time dealing with Percision and I can't say enough good things about the experience. Right from the first phone call which walked me through my options as well as scheduling of a service call all the way through the service call and installation of a new garage door opener. The Service Technician was very knowledgeable and explained all of the operations of the new opener and completed the installation in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with the timely service provided by Precision Garage Door. One of the tensioned garage door springs had broken, and I know enough not to attempt that repair as a DIY project. I called Precision and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Later that afternoon I was contacted by the technician asking if I was available the same day, as he had freed up earlier on a prior job and was in the area. The technician; Mike Hopton was exceptional. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote before starting any work. He advised me of a military discount and completed the job in a timely manner. Mike also took the time to explain the procedures, and answered all my questions. Mike made some additional adjustments and fixed the light fixture on the opener, even providing a light bulb for the new fixture. The parts for the job were the majority of my bill. I found the labor costs to be a fair representation of the service performed. I will definitely use Precision for my future garage door needs. Randy U.

One, small piece was missing, which I was able to order on Amazon to replace. My contacting Precision was based on the work done at my friend and associate’s home and business as well as my discontent with the company that I had been working with for 18 yrs. Hope was extremely helpful. Leo is, now, my technician of choice. He has caused me to put Precision on speed dial. Only concern, after the fact is no coupon, senior or vet discount was offered. I can only hope and expect a response pertaining that issue. A fine team.
