What a fantastic experience! Precision came highly recommended by my neighbors, and I can understand why. Called to schedule and they got me in the next morning. Leo called when he was 15 minutes out, arrived exactly 15 minutes later. He took one look at my garage door and instantly knew what the problem was. He gave a very thorough explanation of what was going on, answered all of my questions including "do you mind explaining how this works" among others, and gave me great options. He made the repairs that day, got me all set up, and answered even more of my questions. He was just a really nice guy and I felt confident in the service I was getting. Thank you Leo and team! Great experience overall. I will join the chorus of neighbors who recommend this company :) I got new springs, keypad, cable, rollers.

Five-star rating for sure overall! Our keypad was working inconsistently, and we wanted to make sure it was replaced before we found ourselves locked out. I called on Thursday and scheduled for Friday. Darrin kept me posted on his arrival time and was expert in quickly diagnosing what was wrong and how to replace the pad. Tested that it worked perfectly, and we were back in business. In the midst of making small talk about the beautiful day and weekend plans, Darrin and I also realized we had mutual friends - so a fun connection overall with excellent service. Thank you!

My door was randomly opening yesterday. I called and received a same day appointment for later, but was called back and had a technician within under a hour. Which was awesome, can't put a price on peace of mind. Leo the technician was professional, polite and and answered all questions/concerns. Replace one bad remote and even lubed hinges prior to leaving. Highly recommended.
