Tina Pennypacker was clear about what she was going to do to perform a safety check on our original door and operator. She was also very clear about what new parts were necessary to get the door back into proper operating condition. The new operator, belt rail and bottom seal was installed in a professional manner.

Precision was the only phone call I was making. I had been given great service a couple of years ago and I knew I would receive the same this time. I called Monday morning and I was told Harry Fassett would be out the next morning. Harry called Tuesday to let me know we were his first stop and asked if he could bring us any coffee. He determined, which we knew; we needed a new opener and gave us three options and all that came with each one. Once we decided, he got right to work. He was diligent, kind and fantastic to work with. I just happily pulled my car into the garage.

This company is professional and organized. They follow up and come when they say they will. The work performed was fine and the salesman / technician was knowledgeable. I would give them a five star but for the cost of the products and labor. This is a high margin business now owned by private equity. I was surprised by the cost of the basic parts and labor which took no more than 45 minutes. Repairs were just under $1,000 for rollers, cables, pullies, and springs, none of which are precision components that would warrant the cost. They do however provide a warranty, which I would have preferred not to be built into the cost. They have a good business model. Thanks.
Hi Jim, Thank you for your kind words regarding our service technicians and the work done. Please rest assured that we use the highest quality parts available on the market. They may not "look" different, but trust me they are. For example, if you look closely at the rollers, you'll see that they are sealed bearing rollers. Very much different from the exposed bearing rollers competitors use. From a distance, all you see is the white nylon, but the true longevity of the parts will be apparent as time goes on. Yes, many large service companies are being gobbled up by private equity firms, but we are still locally owned and operated and have been since 2005. I took full control over from my father this year and you can see my son working as a technician on our technician bio pages. It's not easy taking on multi million dollar firms, but we know what we need to do in order to prosper. Our goal is to grow our company around a core of great employees who provide the best possible service. I'm glad that you were able to experience the best side our great employees and the work they do.
