Luckily you were able to come the next day. Your technician Gabriel Pojar was excellent. He explained everything and did a great job fixing and replacing our son's garage door parts. Thank You! 5 star, all the way! Answered the phone right away, scheduled an appointment the following day, showed up with the tools and knowledge to fix the problem. Did an outstanding job of restoring the door to perfect operation. I learned a lot about garage doors while he was here as he is a font of knowledge about all aspects of their operation, and mine needed multiple adjustments and corrections. I recommend him very highly . (I am not a guy who writes a lot of ratings, but Precision Garage Door is great.

I have previously used another garage door service but going forward I will only call Precision. I could not successfully install a new Genie keypad, despite a lengthy call with Genie Customer Service. I contacted Precision and Gabe confirmed my suspicion that the new keypad was faulty. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a functioning keypad before he left. Thank you, Gabe!

Had old garage doors replaced by Precision in 2014. Service was great - new doors have been very reliable. The door we use the most was recently repaired with new pulleys, cables and springs. It now runs as smoothly as on Day One. Service was prompt, complete and courteous. Highly recommend!
